Replaced my gas hot water tank, ran a new drain line, replaced the drain pan, expansion tank and made a few other modifications to get everything up the code in about 2 hours flat! They showed up early and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend these plumbers over any other that Ive hired in the past.
Put in a call with them through first American insurance. The guy showed up but said that our reverse osmosis filter was in the way. Told him to wait 5 min and said Id have it out. He said he was going to another job and would let me know. I told him I wanted it done today because I took the day off to wait around for them. Called the company and its basically a he will get there when he gets there. Not cool. Our shutoffs are leaking as we speak.
Kyle and Isaac were great to work with. Isaac did a great job replacing my toilet and cleaned everything up very well when he was done. These are good people!
Vick was the plumber who came out to our house to address a toilet that was draining too much water. He was GREAT! Very friendly & easy to communicate with. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He addressed the issue and fixed it quickly. Also answered all my questions and even checked the other toilets in the house to ensure they were in good shape.
Technician came to check out my damaged faucet. He said he would get the authorization from American home shield and try to come back asap to get my kitchen sink working again. The plumber called me and said they denied it and said I would have to reach out to AHS. He also said that I can pay him 350 privately to fix my issues. I contacted AHS and was told that the plumber advised them that I physically broke it and would not cover. When I contacted the plumber back he would not answer. When he finally answered he said he was on the phone with AHS and would call me back. He never did and sent me to VM. I contacted Kyle with Triple S plumbing and he said he did not have the report but said that his technician would not say I broke it by force. I asked if he spoke with his plumber and he had not and stated that he would not get the plumbers report till tomorrow morning. My spouse spoke with Kyle and was asking how we can get this resolved and he said that he couldnt help. Multiple times he said once its denied thats it. We told him it was because his plumber stated we broke it which is not true. We called back with AHS on the line and Kyle said he was not willing to help us anymore because my spouse yelled at him. He did not yell at him, he was asking why his plumber would make untrue statements to the insurance. Kyle did not want to respond to our questions. We are very frustrated as we are unable to use the kitchen or clean up without water. We have a newborn at home and need to be able to clean the dishes. After reading others reviews it seems this company sends claim to be denied and then offers to do the job out of pocket.

He went above and beyond his job of repairing my kitchen sink leak and cleaned the under-sink and pipe area.I would use them knowing Ill get an honest and fair estimate. Nice to know there are decent professionals in LA that are not trying to collect $$ for nothing.
The absolute worst! We had an emergency situation was waiting for someone to call since 7am. Then Kyle called and casually said appointment is only available for Wednesday. Have no other alternatives, was extremely rude, unprofessional and careless! Told us well there are other options and never gave one! Our home warranty dispatched him, stated it was priority service call, 4 days with no water is not a priority! When asked for manager Kyle was happy to say it was him and told us congratulations! Well, Kyle the manager- you are the worst and while other small businesses are struggling your shouldnt be operating at all and your company needs to correct spelling from Triple S and add missing letters AS right before the S! Your service stands for that!
I requested Triple S plumbing through my home warranty First American. I was so pleased with how fast they called me to set up an appointment, the receptionist Lily was so polite and helpful. They gave me an appointment for that same day and came out in a timely manner. Kyle also guided me on how to shut off my main water so my leak does not lead to secondary damage. Also, the technician Enrique that came out to my property was very respectful and as a single mom living alone i felt ZERO discomfort. He was knowledgeable and fixed my leak in no time. Also as a courtesy to me being all alone with no help he actually removed my washing machine himself to make access. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN 1000%. Very respectful, on time , and completely knowledgable.
We had a stubborn clog in the kitchen drain line. Vic from Triple S plumbing came out to clear it. He worked tirelessly to clear the drain for us as we were having a large party the next day. I can not recommend Vic enough. He was kind, informative, professional and polite. Great attitude also. 10 stars for Vic at this company!
Triple S Plumbing is one of those companies that contracts with home warranty scams. They know how to work the system and profit from it significantly. They gave me false information about having to replace a cast iron pipe with a more expensive material, wrote two sentences down about the problem, and somehow my warranty claim was denied. But they offered to still complete the work for $1,800!No thanks, I ended up spending $500 to fix my leaky pipe. Do yourself a favor and find a more respectable plumbing company.
Excellent plumbing service! They arrived quickly, capped the leak efficiently, and even took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. They also provided helpful suggestions, like using a panel doorway. The entire experience was honest and reliable. Highly recommend!
Beware! Very shady plumbing company. They Didnt Disclose and hiding the information, wrote and told different information to the home warranty than what he talked with us in the spot!!!! I and my husband were there when this Enrique plumber checked our leaky water heater and even their yellow receipt paper didnt mention about our water heater being rusty and corroded!!!! I still have this receipt paper proof, its different than what he reported to the home warranty. He failed to disclose this fact information. I called their phone number and asked to speak with this Enrique technician just wanted to know why they hide this information, or at least pointing at us the corroded or the rusty part when he checked it. The lady on the phone said this was minor information?!?! It was not minor for us, its very vital information and they didnt care about it. She refused to let me speak with this technician since he was at work. I told her that I didnt mind if he spoke to me after his job done. She still refused to let this plumber talk to me. so After hiding and not disclose the information, they hide this plumber too from the responsibility explaining to us. I just want to speak at him and get him enlighten us with the situation since he was at the spot seeing the water heater, not this lady!!!! Is this lady a certified plumber? Does she has a right to call our water heater rusty and corroded when she is not the one being at our home checking the water heater? Where is the PROOF that our water heater rusty and corroded? What I want was the plumber explain the situation and this lady told me many times that we didnt go anywhere with this talking since she refused to let this plumber explain to us or point us the proof. Why need to hide him?Reading their reviews at yelp, they always talk about building to the code, but do you guys know that hiding and not disclose the information is very wrong??? and the lady on the phone said its minor??! My husband and I was there, and there was their yellow paper receipt proof that you guys didnt mention, point and disclose about rusty and corroded information which was very vital information for us, maybe not for you guys. DISHONEST PLUMBER & COMPANY! Eat your words about being to the code and mirror yourself since you guys even dont follow code and so dishonest.
Great communication from the very start. I received a response to my request right away and had my appointment the next day. The gentleman was very detailed in what he was doing and the issue. Very professional and took COVID measures seriously with face mask and shoe booties. Great experience with this company!
This is the type of business that you’ll wanna run away from as fast as you possibly can.I don’t doubt that these guys can fix a problem and do decent work, but be warned that it’s most likely for smaller/not as costly jobs. This was a classic case of plumbers who try to tell you the job is much larger than it actually is, make up information to make you think the problem is also more serious than it actually is, and finally, for the icing on top, get nasty and defensive when you call them out on their game.Triple S caused us a month long nightmare because of their blatant incompetence. Plumbers get a bad rap for being rude and unprofessional—well, this is exactly why.Thanks to Triple S, we were stuck with no hot water for over a month (and believe me, they could not care less) and got trapped in a huge nightmare trying to get this fixed. Sure enough, a month later, we got a plumbing company to come and they fixed the problem in under 20 minutes at a minimal cost. Triple S tried to steal over $1,000 from us for work they knew did not need to be done. We took our business to a more honest company who actually respects their customers, not one that tries to rob you blind.
Didnt do any work, tried billing for services not rendered... they attended a smear campaign .... when confronted, the owner stated he has no knowledge of anything, bit became argumentative and called me out of my name. Truly unprofessional and not a good company

Service request was for my waterheater, that kept going out. The Tech was on time, very nice, knowledgeable and knew what parts to replace and he repaired my water heater . I would definitely recommend them.
Very upset~~ My water heater was not heating few months ago so I called insurance company, they sent me this company, and the guy from Triple S said my water heating status light was flashing 10 lights which means it needs a flush (its only tad over 2 years old).. and this was what was NOT RIGHT, he was ripping me off and WRONG I FOUND OUT TODAY! He charge me 200.00 bucks and just drained the water heater NO FLUSH UGH, and he reset it, and lit pilot light. Now 45 days later NO HOT WATER and again its blinking the same 10 blinks? So I looked up what 10 blinks really mean, and It NEVER said on the heaters front panels instructions needs to be cleaned!! it said needs to clean BURNER screen. UGH SO I see now that I paid that 200.00 to that rip off liar and he NEVER cleaned the burner screen, which was the REAL PROBLEM what a huge waste of money and again our family is with out hot water, LOSERS that guy was. I hope VIC reads this, is that how you teach your guys to roll? RIP OFF Senior older ladies? NOW I have to wait with no hot water for how long now? Really pisses me off

Avoid using these plumbers! I was forced to work with them through my home warranty, I never would hire them by choice. They responded as slowly as they were contractually obligated to by the home warranty. Meanwhile I had no hot water for days. (Heating hot water for newborn bottles without hot water is quite difficult).They then maxed out everything that was on the home warranty in seconds with what I would could consider an inadequate and not thorough examination. They then charged exorbitant prices for everything they possibly could to bilk what they could from both me and the insurance. Examples: $100 to screw Im a. ground wire, something I could do in 20 seconds. $200 to screw in a $30 part. The list goes on and on. All of this on top of the amount paid by insurance which they obfuscate from you to really take advantage of your situation.Avoid these plumbers
Technician was friendly, competent and took pride in his work. Cleaned out a ton of bugs from our outdoor water heater. Fixed it, and now we have hot water again.

***STAY AWAY, TERRIBLE SERVICE both dispatcher and plumber Enrique!!!I have a leak under my home in the crawl space under the kitchen sink area and because the plumber came across 3-5 spiders he said it was unsafe and that I need to have the spiders killed and cleaned by a professional.I told their female dispatcher that I would crawl myself and with a broom and some raid spider killer I would take care of it myself, she said “no” I need to provide a professional invoice.What a joke, I guess whatever the plumber can say to get outta of work because it was nearing 5pm.

I had a service call planned for Saturday and saw triple S plumbing right next-door to my house on Friday. I asked Enrique to please come and fix my plumbing right then, as I had my water main turned off. I called triple S plumbing and they approved for him to repair it that day. I could not of been happier and Enrique could not have been nicer !!!!

Save yourself a lot of grief and do not use this company if they are dispatched by American Home Shield. Immediately have your service call re-routed. They were dispatched and were supposed to call within 24 hours. I finally had to call them and the guy I got on the phone was UNBELIEVABLE. Could not have been more unprofessional. He said in a very condescending tone, Well I left you a voicemail this morning. I said, No you did not. I have had my phone next to me the entire morning and there has been no call, no voicemail, and no missed call. He basically called me a liar. Then I told him that the water heater is only six years old and needs a new burner because the light is blinking six times. He goes immediately into what I would characterize as an up charge disclaimer speech. I said, well I have had a heck of a time with things so I want to know essentially what I am looking at before you start or complete the work. I guess he really did not like that. I said, So can we make the appointment since AHS dispatched you? He says, That depends on you. I said, What does that even mean? He says again, That depends on you. I said, Look I have been through a heck of a time with this and I just want it fixed and to have hot water and AHS dispatched you so can we make the appointment or not? Unbelievably he says again, That depends on you. I have listened to you for three minutes and I dont know if I want to come. I said, Oh hell no, you definitely are not coming. I am calling AHS and have them re-route the call. and I hung up. Never dealt with a service company so rude. It was like I was supposed to beg him to get service. So inappropriate. I just dealt with plumbers at my old residence and they were amazing. Look at the other reviews!

He them said he didnt know who was thereThe real story... his technician (Issac) came to the house and attempted to swindle my wife and she declined services. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand the problem I was having with the plumbing issue and how to resolve it. Triple S was sent out by First American Warranty after the first company, Everyday plumbing flaked. The first company, waited 3 hours for them to come. Tech shows up- there 5 minutes to tell me the pressure relief value needs replacing ( no kidding water dripping for days) and that hell do his report and get approval. 4 days later, nothing. They reassigned to Triple S- out the next day, told me exactly the issue and would get it approved due to losing so much water. He got the repair approved on Christmas Eve and then had to go find the part. Bottom line- professional, honest and got it done. I will request this company and the tech Vic whenever I can. Twice this company was dispatched by First American Home Warranty, and twice they failed to properly fix the faucet as it was broken again within a couple days. The second time they diagnosed the problem as a broken part not covered by the warranty. The first call there was no such diagnosis. So, to be clear, they simply don’t do their job. Total failure and waste of service call fees.

He came back a second time to fix another faucet and went the extra step to see if the ins co would cover any extra problems he might encounter. He fixed everything (without running into any extra problems) quickly; did a neat and clean job and once again was very polite. I would hire him back for all my plumbing needs.

This is a company that American Home Shield uses. I put in a work request and was assigned to them. They are a joke. The tech, Enrique, was super friendly and nice but he lied to me about what heis recommendation to AHS was going to be. I had what appeared to be a clog in the drain to my washing machine. Without asking the proper questions to assess the problem, this company said that I needed a clean out drain and was trying to charge me $850 for it which of course AHS didnt cover the cost. I called another plumber and he assessed the issues and the problem wasnt even in the drain to the washing machine. Beware of this company, they will try and rip you off.
To put it plain and simply this crew is FANTASTIC! Alex was amazing sending Isaac out way after normal business hours to help me out with a main line stoppage issue I was having. Isaac was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this company to any and all who have plumbing issues.

I have used Triple S Plumbing in the past. However, as of recently whenever I call the office and speak to the person responsible for answering the phone he is rude and abrupt. My experience will be crystal clear and will not make a mistake to use their services ever again . Always remember unpleasant person and you know who you are. When customers are spending money for a service they have the final decision to whether or not to compromise putting up with your poor miserable attitude. I choose not to accept!
Hi ,Technician came from SSS plumbing his name is Wick( may be name spelling is wrong) , he came to us to fix my toilets , he lied to the insurance called American Warranty ( they both are together in this) ,in my toilet 2 needs to be get fixed, he didnt fixed a single thing , submitted a report where 1 claim was denied for 1 thing and other he said he finished the task ) This company works with American warrant they have fake plumbers .I am telling you guys if you use this company please make sure dont call this plumber , he is lier , and when i am trying to reach him , he blocked my phone number)

My daughter had dropped a small toy in our bathtub. After contacting several plumbing companies, who came out and couldnt figure out the issue, I finally called Triple S Plumbing. Martin came to our rescue after months of buying and dumping Drano into our bathtub. He had to cut open a wall to get the job done, but he got the job done and saved us hundreds of dollars a month and trips to Home Depot. Not to mention, since that incident I have used them for my kitchen sink, etc. Thank you Triple S Plumbing for your reliable, resourceful and professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone with both big and small plumbing issues.
These guys are an amazing team from scheduling to arriving on a timely manner and helping us with our water heater issue. They sent out Vick and he got our water heater working in no time at all as well as fixed a few toilets we were having an issue with. This company is undependable, non-responsive, and they are dishonest in their dealings. My home warranty company dispatched them to us in Nov. 2016, for a kitchen faucet leak - but they never contacted us to come diagnose the issue. So, we contacted them and set up an appointment - but they were a no-show. We complained to the home warranty company, and they finally came, mid-December - but then failed to file the paperwork with the diagnosis; and were non-responsive. During this time, we started growing black mold. Our home warranty company made contact with them in February 2017, but they still did not contact us. In March 2017, I spoke with my home warranty company again - they contacted Triple S, and told me to call them to set the appointment. When I contacted Triple S, 3 minutes later, Kyle stated the the work order was completed and closed. They tried to cover their behinds, and screwed with the wrong people. I havent had a functioning kitchen sink for over 4 months and mold developed as a result. When asked for their Federal ID, Kyle refused to provide it. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
After reading the reviews and being sent out by home warranty, I wasnt expecting much. Gio showed up promptly, and did a great job, with a new faucet instead of repairs! Also replaced a few angle stops and toilet valve.

Professional, polite, left the area clean and no mess to clean up. Although they give a 4 hour timeline for arrival, they always call when they are about 20-30 minutes from arriving so we dont have to sit home waiting!.

We were assigned Triple S plumbing as a contractor from First American Home Warranty and they did a great job with our service. We were especially wary because the original assigned repair company quoted us an expensive, unnecessary repair.Triple S was quick to reach and schedule once assigned and first availability was only a few business days later.Our technician, Gio, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He called about 25 mins. ahead of arriving and was right within the scheduled window. Gio was able to quickly diagnose the problem and let me know what he was going to do to remedy. He was in and out quickly and the repair was seamless.Hoping we dont need a repair again soon but would gladly work with Triple S again.

This is not an honest company!I dealt with them only because of our home warranty and let me tell you they miscommunicate they tell you one thing then communicate entirely different to the insurance company. Shady people. Something that was going to cost us 835.00 with another contractor they charged over 1700 and we were forced to pay 710.00 out of pocket. I called and told them the situation, but they were booked up for 2 days and wouldnt even consider assisting before. Being a warranty company call, I probably wasnt a big money maker for them, so not a priority. I hope they never ask me for anything because I am going to be much too busy to help them.2 days later Enrique arrived on time. Enrique was excellent, unlike the guy that answered the phones and scheduled the appointments and couldnt care less about priority calls. Enrique fixed and repaired the leak in no time; a real nice guy. Since he had to cut the drywall, he told me he would call American Home Shield, the warranty company to schedule dry wall repair. 4 days later after not hearing anything, I called Triple S and Lilly said of course they called AHS.Well, I followed up with AHS to find out no one called them about and Lilly flat out lied to me. AHS called Triple S while I was on hold and told me afterwards Triple S did not actually make the call. Flat out liars.The actual repair was good, just not too keen on the company due to not having emergency appointments and lying employees. I hate liars. I will not use Triple S again, but will contact Enrique for some personal work on his days/nights off. He was a really good guy.
