They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the jump in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

These guys are the best! I really trust them! Theyve come out several times because I have an old house. My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious Id need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didnt charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). Theyre on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. Ive used several other plumbers (old house) and they didnt come near to these guys!

The water dept. sent me an email letting me know Id had a continuous leak for over a week. It was Easter weekend. Jose and his team showed up Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem and returned Monday morning to replace the line from my house to the street in a day. They were quick, courteous, and saved the chunks of grass in my lawn to replace back on top of the line when they finished. The price was more than fair and Im grateful that they got my repairs done so quick to keep my water bill down. Great work, great people.

I cant say enough about Castanedas Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And Im glad I didnt look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldnt have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! Their work is solid, they work fast, and they are clean! I couldnt believe how clean they left the workspace everyday. all the workers are polite and kind. And Their pricing is very fair. The owner Jose is responsive to calls and will give you his best and honest recommendation. Joel who managed the big job at my home is excellent--very thorough in his work and always explained everything. What I thought would be a nightmare to dig up my floors, ended up being way better than expected. Thank you Jose and Joel! You guys are the only plumbers I will ever call now. Our office have been doing business with Jose for quiet a while now. He is quick to go onsite and give our tenants a peace of mind. The work is done in a professional manner, cleans after and gives a detail description of the problem. We have learned to be more proactive with our tenants. Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.

We needed to have an inch and a quarter gas line installed for an ADU in the back of our property. They did the installation which readily passed LADBS inspection.

Jose moved a gas line to accommodate a new range. He was friendly and professional. He was able to come by and give me a quote the very same day. He went above and beyond to make sure it worked and looked perfect. I will definitely use his company for any future plumbing needs.

I had a mainline clog called Castaneda’s Plumbing and they said they would have someone here within the hour once the technician was here he diagnosed the problem even ran a sewer camera and found that my mainline had broken and it was causing it to back up frequently. Castanedas Plumbing is the best actual plumber who resolved our block drainage issue with ease and at an affordable price. Ive had 3 other plumbing services who tried to upsell me their overpriced services and not fixing the problem. They are my goto plumbing service for now on and will be telling my neighbors about them!

If you need plumbing work, call Jose. He replaced the leaking copper lines with PEX and did a great job. I have not had a problem with the new lines. I called him back to repair a toilet that was loose. He again did a great job. I am glad I found him. I will call him for all of my plumbing jobs.
