I cannot recommend Matt highly enough for your plumbing needs. He determined and explained issues with my sewer line and repair options with quotes in less within 24 hours. He was able to secure proper permits and inspections and address the line repair within a very short timeframe. He and his team were able to restore landscaping as if the project never happened. I felt I always understood exactly what was happening at each step of the project, and what would happen next. Matt also assisted with and advised on other smaller, but important, plumbing projects. Blue Crew will be my go-to team into the future.

Im so happy to have found Matt after purchasing a fixer upper. I had the sewer line fully replaced, various drain and waste lines replaced, gas valves updated, fixtures updated and installed...the list goes on. After years of research, we finally found a plumber with the specific contractor’s license required for our large project. We needed to replace our lateral sewage pipes that connected to the city’s main line.Previously, we had consulted with other plumbers, who stated that we would never be rid of the stench, as it was the city’s fault for old leaky sewage pipes or possibly an outdated sewage pump station nearby.The pungent sewage stench that came into the house (when the city’s pump station was “out of control”) became unbearable—with multiple headaches to boot. Even with several air purifiers on their highest settings, and us wearing masks, we could hardly breathe.From the very first time that we communicated with him, Matthew was always prompt with his replies. Of all the plumbers that we have had experiences with, he is the only one that answered all of our questions clearly. Our project was happily completed after passing all of the inspections.Since then, he has helped us out with smaller projects (fixing a toilet, replacing a 20-year-old water heater—which he initially attempted to repair); I have referred him to several friends who have been not only grateful for the referral, but extremely satisfied and happy with his services.We cannot say enough good things about Matthew: he is a professional with invaluable expertise, and he has proven himself to be ethical. We hope he will always be available.

Matt and Blue Crew Plumbing are excellent. In the process of purchasing a home, my realtor recommended Blue Crew Plumbing for a sewer line inspection. Matt scoped the sewer line from the house to the street and posted the video on YouTube so I could see it. He then provided a written report with both short and long term assessments. The sewer line to the street is old clay pipe, installed in 1927, and will eventually need to be replaced, but Matt said that it could last 10-20 years and that I should call him again in 2-3 years to re-check it. He assured me that there was no need to rush into replacing the line right now.After I bought the house, I discovered that all the drain/sewer pipes in the house were in poor shape. The old cast iron pipes were leaking into the foundation. I called three plumbers for estimates, including Blue Crew, because Matt was so honest with the previous sewer line inspection. The first plumber said I needed to replace all the pipes in the house as well as the sewer line, even though he didn’t scope the line. The second plumber, who didn’t inspect the pipes under the house, said they needed to be replaced, which was true, but he didn’t even look at them. Both plumbers, who have excellent Yelp and Google reviews, didn’t provide written estimates; they just called out numbers. In contrast, Matt did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and made several recommendations. He emailed me a detailed written estimate with a breakdown of all the work and costs. His prices were competitive, but more than that I felt confident in his assessment and work proposal.We scheduled two days of work. He and his crew showed up on time and completed all the work on time. They replaced all the drain pipes under the house, installed a tankless water heater, fixed two clean out drains, fixed leaks, installed a faucet, and installed two toilets. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Matt and Blue Crew are professional, honest, and easy to work with. I plan to use Blue Crew again in future renovation work, and I will recommend Matt to my friends and family.

Matt and his team just completed a large project on our new homes sewer line which was damaged due to a large tree sitting above it. They were efficient, professional, courteous and really went above and beyond to ensure all details were tended to. They even fixed something within our home that was not part of the original scope. We couldnt be more thrilled and would absolutely hire them for any plumbing needs in future.

Im a first-time home buyer and I feel so lucky to have found Matt!! Best plumbing company ever. He just replaced my entire sewage line (which required going into the city street and getting permits). He and his team were honest, responsible, kind, and did the job on time. When I was initially looking into other bids, Matt ever offered to give me feedback on the other bids just to make sure whoever I went with did the work correctly and didnt take advantage of me. I had hired him to replace my sewage line, but he offered to check that all my other plumbing was up to code (and he fixed a few things just to help me out, even though it wasnt part of the task!). He was the most reliable plumber I have ever met, and I trusted him and his team implicitly! He even sent me photos updating their progress throughout the job. I will never go to anyone else! Matt performed a full repipe and sewer line replacement for us, as well as installing a new water heat and water filtration system. Despite a couple set backs in the heart of the project outside of anyones control, Matt and his team finished the project on schedule and on budget. The crew was promptly to work each morning and meticulous in their work. Matt was also kind enough to make an extra trip out to the job site to help finalize a bathroom ahead of schedule when we had a family emergency and needed it working ASAP. After seeing other plumbers in our area, Blue Crew Plumbing went above and beyond expectation to complete this project.

Matts the best! He did a huge project in my front yard to switch out the old plumbing and do the proper sewage connection. I told him that I had been ripped off by some other franchise plumber for basic work on my toilet. Matt went out of his way way after the front projects were completed to fix my toilet at no charge.
