I had a severe drain clog that backed up into the home. I called Uzziel at Drainflow Solutions about noon that day and he answered the phone directly. He was very professional on the phone and was able to schedule me for third of the day. At 4pm he came out, diagnosed where the clog would be and cleared the drain within the hour. Very good service and affordable.

Uzziel came through this evening when Mike Diamond left us high and dry. Mr Uzziel unclogged our toilet and thanks to the camera snake he showed me exactly what was clogging up the line. Then he had to go and give me bad news about broken vent pipes and drain pipes partially disconnected. I should deduct a star for ruining my evening with the bad news ha! Called and asked to see if anybody can assess why I was having low hot water pressure.Uzziel said that he can come over that same day and assess which was a huge relief. He noticed there was a problem with my valves, which the previous plumber had told me and I had neglected to repair. He cleaned out the faucet as much as he could, because there was some debris inside, which allowed for a little better water flow and advised me that it would not get better until we replace the valves, and possibly the faucet which he did flawlessly. Great communication, fast, priced well, clean and extremely professional! Hire this man, self employed small businesses are always the way to go! Had a clogged bath tub and our washer machine water would come up into the tub. Called him the night before and he came the next morning at 8am just as he promised! Well he pulled in, He had a huge utility van, I looked out the window when he opened it and everything was well organized! Very impressed with our first meet. He ran a few tests to make sure it wasn’t the main line and it wasn’t. Used a very professional high quality snake that I’ve never seen before, and that did the job! Ran it through the tub twice and cleared it! Pulled out so much hair! He also lays out a heavy duty quilt on the bath room floor to help with easy clean up and decrease any issues of mess. He even took the bag of hair from the drain with him, and not putting it my bathroom trash for me to clean up! Great service! He even gave me some tips of how to maintain my pipes and prevent further clogs! Will highly recommend him and use for future work.

I called uzziel (oozey is easier and hes used to it) on a Friday about clearing a clean out and he told me hed come the next day and he totally came through! He texted me about his eta, which was cool since I knew better when to expect him. It was my first time calling him and he treated me like we had worked together before. I even mentioned I might not be awake and he said no problem, hed take care of it from the outside and send me a bill. I ended up being awake anyway but I totally loved him for agreeing to that. He said m-f the prices would be about $75 but since it was after hours/weekends it would be $180. Even though thats a big difference, I still thought it was a great value and Ive paid more in the past for same thing during regular hours. He was upfront/transparent and not slimy about pricing. He also helped me with random plumbing throughout the house before he left. Professional, on time and reliable!

Uzziel was the MVP! He came out on a Saturday at 9 pm to clear out our main sewer line urgently. He knew exactly what to do. He even climbed on our roof in the rain to get everything fixed! The price was also very reasonable especially considering it was an emergency call.
