Consider me impressed1. The work is performed on time 2. There are no surprise fees or overcharges 3. There is no deviation from the scope of work - but if changes need to be made, it is communicated in a timely manner and both parties agree to the updated terms 4. The company and employees are respectful of people and property 5. The work areas are kept clean 6. The business takes ownership of the work
