Had a very pleasant experience with the whole team. I shopped around lowes, home depot, floor and decor. I had to do custom cabintets because the size of my restroom. When I arrrived and showed them my pictures and ideas they had many options for me including custom cabinets with lifetime warranty! The team understood my budget and delivered exactly what I wanted. Renovated my bathroom vanity. Very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Setai Kitchen & Bath, specifically with owner Matt Owainet, to address a water leak issue in my master bathroom.From the outset, the professionalism and expertise of Matt Owainet were evident. I decided to go with a local contractor, and I couldnt be happier with the choice of Setai Kitchen & Bath.The project involved a complete redesign and remodel of the entire master bathroom due to the water leak. Despite the initial setback and the inevitable challenges that come with such a project, Matt and his team provided us with an acceptable contract, including a schedule and midrange pricing that aligned perfectly with our budget.One of the standout aspects of working with Setai Kitchen & Bath was the personalized attention we received throughout the process. Matt assisted us every step of the way, accompanying us in choosing and purchasing all the fixtures for the master bathroom. His guidance was invaluable, ensuring that we made informed decisions that would enhance both the aesthetic and functionality of the space.Although the holiday season caused some delays to the construction schedule, Matt and his team handled every obstacle with professionalism and dedication. Despite the anomalies that occurred, they consistently went above and beyond to rectify any issues, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction.In the end, the finished project exceeded our expectations. Don’t do business with this place . The owner is a crook and a liar ! I hired to have new kitchen and floors installed . I told the owner Matt what my budget was and explained what I wanted . New cabinets with glass fronts and I wanted an apron sink .. I should’ve known from day 1 that this was going to be a problem. Matt told me he would start my kitchen and be at my house at 8am .I work nights until 3am and stayed up to meet at my house, never showed up ! I called and no answer. He finally called back and said he would be at my house by 10:30 .I told him if this is how you operate we are going to have a serious problem !When the cabinets finally arrived they were the wrong color , I wanted Espresso which is dark brown , the cabinets are black , They ordered a standard cabinet so I had to go with a different sink . Everything that was done had to be twice ! When they painted the walls the paint was too dark . I saved a can of the original color when I bought the house and they didn’t follow the formula on the can . The only thing that came out great we’re the countertops until I had my appliances installed ! They didn’t measure the space between the cabinets and the placement of the stainless steel hood . The cabinets had to be moved a 1/4” and that left a gap between the backsplash and the cabinets ! I told Matt that he had to replace the backsplash he said he would take care of it but never did ! I told him I wanted real hardwood floors and he installed engineered floors ! I asked him if he could get me a new vanity for the bathroom he said sure I can do that , never happened ! He had so many different people coming to the house 🏡 and one of his workers stole one of my wish brooms , another worker used my bathroom and didn’t flush the toilet, another worker damaged the handle on my new entryway door , it’s costing me $400.00 dollars 💵 to replace the handle ! Matt said he was going to install lights in the Living room , I didn’t ask him to and figured it was part of the renovation project , I went out and bought the lighting , he installed the boxes for the LED lighting but only installed 2 lights 💡 I had to hire an electrician to install the rest of the lights ! Then Matt tried to charge me an additional $20,000 dollars 💵 on top of the original agreed upon price ! I told Matt that I was very clear on how much money 💰 I had for this project ! The bottom line is that he never finished the job , never painted the wood trim after installing the floors ! Never replaced the backsplash! I had to hire a new contractor to correct and finish my home 🏡

We had two bathrooms completely remodeled from scratch. And they’re beautiful! We had three other contractors bid on the job that couldn’t meet our budget. Setai Kitchen & Bath has their own inventory of vinyl, tile, cabinets, knobs, accessories, etc. which provides an endless selection of quality products (no cheap stuff) that is cost effective. Matt is personable and experienced with proactive ideas and solutions that are fairly priced, handling unforeseen issues quickly and efficiently, and always available by phone day or night. Before the job started, he introduced himself to all our neighbors (we live in a condo complex) explaining that there would be noise and to call him of any issues. The work and materials are top notch, the “before and after pictures breathtaking, and our condo has significantly increased in value because of Matt’s work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Wanted to share what a nice sales experience I had here with Matt. He really was interested in giving me ideas about my bathroom project, suggesting gorgeous black tile I had not seen anywhere else. Ive been to several tile stores in the area, and no one provided more helpful input than this little corner shop. Great, competitive prices and quick delivery too.
