Macs Lift Gate

Got a Tommy cantilever gate put on a a few years ago. Had to take it back because it had issues they did fix it for free.But These guys never seemed to ge the folding flap right. It’s keeps getting stuck and is a danger to my clients and employees.Also I keep having issues with the gates locking mechanism. I don’t think it was installed correctly.They are nice guys but I cannot recommend this shop.

I have been there several times over the years. Ive always received the best attention possible. Never had a problem with their work. Today I had an emergency, talked to Mike who told me to get there around noon. In about an hour the job was done. During his lunch time, I might add!!. These guys are excellent!! Dont mind the drive, well worth it all the time.

I requested a quote on a motor for a customer and havent received any help with this quote. I have followed up with emails and cant even get a responds. My customer just picked up the motor from me now saying that he called you guys and you sold him a motor and I couldnt even get a call back or an email with any information. Yall have some great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took one of our fleet trucks with a lift gate to get repaired and they took good care of us. It’s been working great ever since. Recently picked up a Tommy Gate controller from them as well good service and very knowledgeable I’ll continue to use their services.

Need a lift literally or have it installed or serviced.

We have used Jerry MacDonald to repair our Acorn stair chair. He is great, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He also has used stair chairs ready to install. A friend will be having him install a used stair chair for her soon.
