Mel’s Builders is one of those rare contractors that does the right thing. They are efficient, extremely hard working, and wonderful to work with. My husband and I decided to GC our full house remodel after receiving outrageous quotes from other GCs. Many people told us we would not be able to do it. We were nervous about the foundation and framing part of the build and then we found Mel. This part of the process ended up probably being one of the least stressful parts of our remodel and Mel was available to answer questions related to his work or even other parts of the process that he wasn’t handling. He is timely on his deadlines and his team is awesome. For any pickup work, Mel responds instantly and has someone available. After working with Mel’s Builders Inc. I am absolutely comfortable one day purchasing land and doing a new build knowing that I could call Mel and rely on him. It isn’t often that you can blindly trust a contractor but Mel is one of those that you can. If considering someone to handle the framing or foundation needs for your project, definitely consider Mel’s Builders Inc.

Im surprised Mels Builders does not have enough reviews to credit their professionalism and promptness in services. I just finished my rough framing with the company and I only have great things to share about them. Melvin and his crew have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time throughout the entirety of the project. As an experienced architect (and owner of the house whose work got done with Mel), I can attest to their professionalism and reliability. They deserve my two thumbs up!
