Moore Air has been great for us. Anthony and his staff were professional and on time. Great crew on the job site. We have used them 3 times for different issues and they came through each time. Highly recommended.

Moore Air is great. We use them at all our properties for HVAC maintenance and installation. Anthony always provides an honest diagnosis and fair competitive pricing. They have repaired systems, replaced systems and done routine maintenance for us and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Second time using Moore Air Inc. Five years ago, they added Air Conditioning to our older furnace, today, they replaced that furnace two days after it failed. Both experiences were exceptional! I highly recommend Anthony; his word is gold, fair and as promised. His installers, Edwardo and Nelson were prompt, very considerate and thorough. I wish all trades were as fair and dependable as these guys!

Air conditioning wasnt working at all. Moore Air came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. They gave me an estimate on the spot and explained the various problems that could be causing the issue, and approximate repair costs. Showed up on time, completed the work on avout 4 hours and everything was working perfectly. Very professional job and a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

They were the 4th company we went to because everyone else kept saying the heater was too old and/or they were unresponsive/slow. But Moore was fast and gave us several reasonable options on how to replace our very old heater. Price was better than other companies as well. Fast, responsive, informative, will def use again and highly recommend

Moore air did an excellent job in relocating return and installing a new thermostat and a new kitchen exhaust fan. I was very pleased with their customer service and knowledge. The whole process of getting an estimate, scheduling the service, performing the service, and follow up was spectacular. I highly recommend them.

Anthony was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable & explained each option in easy to understand terms. As a roofing company, we understand how the industry can be. A representative you dont know comes in and says it needs to be replaced, but youre unsure. He gave us a temporary patch option along with his recommendation which was replacement. The replacement went quickly and smoothly and he will be maintenancing our second unit to *hopefully* keep it alive for another couple of years We will absolutely use them again when the second unit needs to be replaced. 10/10 would recommend!

Moore Aire, Inc. employee Jorge not only discovered that faulty wiring was causing the A/C trouble, but fixed it quickly. Others had identified a wiring problem, but offered no solution.Moore Aire also installed a new furnace that works well. It was a clean job at a reasonable price.

Owner, Anthony Moore, is a great guy and is personally very accessible and responsive. I had an unusual situation. Anthony reconfigured my entire system and it works great! I highly recommend Moore Air!

I had our AC units serviced by Moore Air. The maintenance workers were relatively pleasant to work with but tried to upsell us on a few items. I found the owner to be deceitful in his pricing. I was quoted a price for the job after clearly describing the AC setup in our home. I am very detailed in my communications with service companies. After the work was done, the quote doubled. I spoke to the owner and found him to be condescending and unhelpful with working towards a resolution. I would not recommend working with this company.

I am so glad I had Moore Air company come out and fix my ac and heating unit s few months ago as it really helped during this recent heat wave. Jorge and Daniel came out to my house and went and got my faulty Ultra Low Nox Heating Unit fixed and made sure my ac unit outside was working properly. They have me done helpful tips to maintain it as well. Then the owner Anthony called to do a follow up with me to make sure everything was okay and working fine. He also recommended I should consider upgrade my hvac system to a better quality system and provided me with various options for the future.Thanks again for fixing my hvac system at my house. My family enjoyed a nice cool summer even with triple digit heat weather outside.

Anthony can be a bit emotional, but he really cares. The crew did a good job, but you have to stay on top of them for some of the smaller details. I would use them again.

Jorge was very respectful and took the time to explain the situation with our broken air conditioning. He demonstrated why he came to the diagnostic conclusion and made the repair immediately. I cannot really comment on price, as I didnt get comparison quotes, but it was about what I expected to pay. Would hire again.

If you need someone for HVAC Anthony is your man. I got 3 estimates and Moore Air was by far the most upfront, thorough and cost efficient.They provided a detailed report of the work to be performed and completed the job in a timely manner. No surprises, just quality work at a reasonable price. Give them a call if you are in need of work on your AC/Heat. Based on my experience, you wont be disappointed.

They are always available if there’s an issue, they’re pleasant, professional, passionate about what they do, the owner is amazing and always open And honest with everything he does and says. I trust them implicitly and I am so grateful to have found them. I refer them exclusively as there’s no need to know any other company when you know Anthony and Moore Air INC. We had a great experience with Moore Air. They came out and diagnosed some issues with split units in my guest house and were efficient and clean in their work. They repaired the problems and got things up and running. We are now using them for a larger wine room project, and so far have had a good experience working out the details of that project.

Just wow. Not only were they just incapable of fixing our heating system they installed because we upgraded our thermostats to nice Honeywell thermostats because theirs were old and janky, but they were so rude. So rude. Every encounter I had with anyone who works here was condescending. We will hire someone better, it really is no issue for us. The only reason we used them was because our building property owner used them.

My forced air furnace was fried in an SCE electrical surge. I left a message with Moore Air on the weekend. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and came out right when they said they would. They said between 12-2 and arrived at 12:15. They replaced the fuse and the transformer. Now everything works again. Thanks Moore!!
