Majid is a trustworthy person and very skilled. I have hired him on many projects for my rental houses and personal residence. He has done everything from electrical work to constructing new walls inside to building beautiful fencing and redesigning outdoor space. Majid is wonderful! He can literally do any house project efficiently and effectively. And he leads a great team.He did our upstairs, closing in the stairwell, new flooring and tile stair, new bathroom, new fixtures. And we also engaged him to do other fixes around the house ranging from stucco repair to door replacements to paint. All of it was top notch work. And incredibly reasonably priced. Majid was amazing coming on short notice when our dishwasher fried in an electrical surge. The dishwasher I bought was missing key components but he figured out a way to make it all work without compromising the finished job. I would highly recommend him to my real estate clients as this is the second job we’ve used him on. First was a full remodel for a client and she was more than happy as well.

Extremely talent, jack of all trades, affordable, reliable & honest. Majid was referred to me by a realtor, who personally uses him on her house flips. He redid my bathroom for me. Gutted the shower, took out the old vanity (from the 1970s), ripped up the old floor and replaced everything with brand new items. He is excellent at tiling - both the floors & the shower came out perfect. He was also able to put the plumbing/sink hook up together for me with the new vanity. He ALSO added a new electrical outlet in my bathroom.The quote he gave me & the estimated number of days was totally on track. He left receipts for all materials on the counter so I could keep track. He showed up early every day & worked full days. Cant say enough good things about Majid

10/10 Recommend. A realtor friend of mine referred me to Majid. I hired him to completely redo my bathroom. He ripped out the old tile in my shower, ripped out the flooring, took out the toilet & old vanity and installed everything brand new. Not only is his work excellent, he showed up on time (early!) daily, worked full days, came in budget-wise at exactly what he quoted and was very spot on with the amount of time it would take. I am a single girl living alone & fully trusted Majid in my house with or without me there. He is a very kind, hard working family man. If I had another bathroom or another space to renovate, Id hire him again without a doubt!

Did great work and was very efficient.

I contracted Majid construction to repair extensive damage caused by water leakage. They replaced the whole flooring and replaced walls and painted the whole apartment. The work was professional and the finish was really good. And they charge reasonable prices. I highly recommend Majid and his team.
