It has been truly refreshing to work with a company and a team of people that do what they say they will do, do it exactly on time, complete the job and it is better than perfect, and the people are friendly, very competent and just nice to have on the property and be around.The price was very competitive. I had many questions and I got immediate answers and responses. During installation they asked to use the driveway because of much construction on tour street, however they were Most considerate and actually made it so we could get in and out of our garage and and use our driveway which was huge.The project was completed early. The guys checked and double checked that I was happy and satisfied. They were just a great crew of people to be around.I highly recommend this company and their crew. John and his guys installed our turf in our west LA condo about seven years ago and it still looks brand new! They gave us a great deal and worked within our budget, and recently came out and fixed a big sinkhole. I would definitely recommend them for any job big or small!

I had a small yard in Los Angeles that was just dirt and so uneven and was looking to get some artificial turf put in. John and his team at Install Artificial were amazing from start to finish. The price they gave me was very reasonable and fair. They were on time and did the job so fast and perfect. My neighbor had the same size yard and went with another company that took 4 days an had to pull the grass up 3 times and still has seams and uneven spots everywhere. My yard took them 1 day and was done to the highest quality. Zero seams, perfectly level, and the grass quality was amazing. Sergey the foreman did an outstanding job from start to finish. Trust the reviews, these guys are great! I had a few estimates for artificial grass but I went with Install Artificial because of their price and the good reviews. John was very responsive during the proposal process, answering my questions and making adjustments. He came to my house to scope out the work and estimated 3 days. Sergei and his team showed up on Day 1 right on time and did the work in 3 days, even accommodating a last-minute request. The guys were very professional and courteous and I am very impressed with the quality of the final product. Its only been a few days but our backyard is so much more inviting now and my kids are loving the putting green. Very happy with my decision to use Install Artificial!

Install Artificial did a great job on my rooftop turf installation. From start to finish John was extremely informative and helpful. I set up appointments with a number of companies. John was able to come on a weekend morning which worked great with my work schedule. He did measurements, showed my a bunch of samples and provided me with a number of options that allowed me to work with my budget. Their price was competitive with others, but Johns knowledge and the fact that he would be the actual person at the job site convinced me to select them for the job.On the day the work was to be done, John arrived early to make sure everything was set up in advance of his crew getting there. I had some old patio furniture that I was in the process of moving off the patio and John jumped right in and helped me. No easy task since were talking a rooftop up 3 flights of stairs. His crew arrived and the job was wrapped up in one day. John and his crew are first class professionals. From quotation to production these guys really do carry through with quality service and product. At our manufacturing facility in which they installed the artificial grass we manufacture 25 trucks a day. They assessed our facility and made sure that there would be no disruption to the business as they installed this grass. His crew was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys were professional and worked with such detail. The grass is perfect they cleaned everything up perfectly and really made sure everything was done right. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the quality was amazing from start to finish.

The work done was top notch. It wasnt cheap, but the end product was top notch. A little tricky getting clear costs as the price went up one day into the project, but Id advise someone come and look at the site first and signing an iron-clad agreement before work begins.

Wow! We had a major problem -- last renters had two large dogs who left the artificial turf reeking from dog pee. We went to work on it for days with the usual products but it barely made a dent. The smell just wouldnt go away. We called Install Artificial Grass and they found time in their schedule just before next renters came in and spent a good four hours treating the backyard. By the end of the afternoon, the smell was completely gone. The price was also reasonable. Andrew, the tech, did a great job and was easy to deal with. If we have this problem again, I am calling these guys.

You never know what to expect when you have a huge job at your new house with a team you’ve never worked with before. Well, if your plans include installing artificial turf that looks better than real grass, STOP RIGHT NOW AND HIRE ARTIFICIAL GRASS INSTALLATION! Not only were they the most responsive installer I’ve worked with in years, but they went truly above and beyond. My yard is challenging with trees, planters, irrigation, speaker wires and electrical wires and they protected everything (and often improved on its previous appearance) seamlessly. The finished job is far better than I could have ever imagined, and I actually miss having the crew here in my backyard. Yes, they are that nice, respectful, dedicated, hard-working and skilled. Literally, if I could give them 100 stars, I would!And as you can see below, my new dog is a truly happy boy with his new yard!

I really liked dealing with this company. Good product, great installation. The workers were very polite. They knew what they were doing and got it done in two days. They always cleaned up after themselves. Our dog loves the turf and we dont have a mud problem, like we did in the past.

We did a lot of research before choosing an artificial lawn installation company. We got three different quotes from 3 different companies and did an on-site inspection of each companys work. Johns company, Install Artificial Grass, was hands-down the winner.We have a front yard and a back yard. Before the artificial lawn install the back yard had severe drainage issues and flooded every time it rained. NOT ANYMORE. John and his team were able to see what was causing the problem and fixed it with LOW COST solutions.The grass (SpyGlass) is amazing looks and feels like real grass. My kids (7 & 10 year old boys) love it to play soccer on and even take pillows outside to look at the stars at night!John is a professional. He explained everything. I got some of their higher quality 2 artificial grass to place on my top deck for my dog to have his own play space. Since I installed on my deck, we have had rain, high winds, colder temperatures and heat. The Install Artificial Grass has held up extremely well. The quality of their grass is much better than the other options I was researching. Even the most expensive options at Home Depot and others were not the quality that I have. I just love walking on the grass, it really feels great. At first I was alittle leary it would feel and look to plastic and fake, but was not the case. I would recommend to anyone living in a condo or apartment, to install on their patios and deck, they will not be disappointed. Thank you to the owners for their great service and assistance with my small but needed project.

IAG was able to put it all back together, patch with existing scraps, and do it all seamlessly.John showed up on time and presented himself clean & professionally.
