I used buddy king to install Washing machine water line connected to existing bathroom water line in a condo. Very knowledgeable and honest, professional. No BS or mumbo jumbo. Good price and you get what you pay for. A cheaper quote described a bad plan to me that would have caused me problems in the future. They inspected the area , understood the project and explained everything they were gonna do - to CODE. Planning to use them again for other projects.

Kelcie really went to bat for me to get a remote for my mini split which Soleus said was out of warranty. Yay Kelcie. Brian and his team are always helpful for both old fashioned floor heater repair, and the installation of modern equipment. They were able to repair my 1940’s floor heater after two other companies had screwed it up royally. They reinstalled an on off rod, found the see through lid, and replaced the mica on the see through lid. This was crucial, because it is illegal to operate without the lid. And each lid is one of a kind for the each heater. So Brian and his guys really saved my bacon. Highest kudos.

I made an appointment (on the phone with Kelsey) on July 6, 2016 for July 19 at 2 PM to have my air condition unit serviced...and indicated that I was in no big rush. She said they were booking the week of July 18 so we scheduled July 19. I wrote it on my calendar with her name and their phone number.At 2:15 today, the afternoon of my appointment, I called to find out if they were on schedule and to remind them that they were to call me on my cell when they were on the way...as arranged with Kelsey. I got voice mail. I left a message asking for a callback. After not receiving a call back for over an hour, I called again and got voice mail again. Same thing, an hour later. I did NOT leave messages those times since it seemed to me that it would be useless. It became clear to me that they were not coming out as scheduled and not even going to bother to call back and explain or cancel. I called yet again about 5 PM, got voicemail and left the message that I was very angry and not to bother to come out or to even call me back EVER. Around 5: 30, Kelsey called me and said she showed the appointment for Friday July 29...which is out of the question since I would not have been available on that date and had another appointment. Fridays are always inconvenient for me. She mumbled something about maybe a temp who worked there for a couple of weeks changed the appointment! HUH? I made it clear that I was angry and that I had no intentions of ever doing business with them again...but now regret that I was nice about it.Thats why Im having my say here and now.MAYBE IT IS JUST ME. I read all sorts of glowing reviews about them...but...FAIR WARNING...they ruined my day and Kelsey flat out lied to me...and not very convincingly at that.

The one and only who came out to my house and trouble-shot my new mini split system and repaired it. Despite the fact that I was outside of his regular working radius, he came out and did a fantastic job.I called roughly 20 services and none wanted to come for just service and told me that they would install a completely new system but not work on the repair of my mini split triple system.

WONDERFUL experience! Super honest people!!!! Kelsey and Brian are so friendly!At first we called another AC person, who said our freon needed recharging and we had a leak in our unit, and wanted $1,200 (OUCH)We then went with a friend referral and called Buddy King, $80 for the service call and would be applied to the cost of repair. All we needed was a pump, $280, done - Bam!Its nice to know there are still honest companies in this world!

They take care of our building and everyone is great. Local very knowledgeable and honest. Everything you want in an air conditioning company.

I would definitely use Buddy King again. Everyone was professional, reliable and knowledgable.

As usual, Brian was on time, did the work properly and charged a reasonable ($80 for an hour of his time and expertise) amount.
