He never show up. We made an appointment and we were waiting for nothing. He never returns our call. We just waste our time.

I do not recommend Edwin’s services. He is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We called Edwin to provide services for us. He gave and estimaste and never showed back. There was no communication on his behalf in regards to rescheduling or offering and apology. He left us waiting for him without clue he wouldn’t show up. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness left us very disappointed with his business. If anyone would like to hire a Plummer go elsewhere and find someone who is qualified to not only do the job right but also attend to the costumers needs.

I can’t recommend Edwin enough. I needed to have 2 toilets checked because they were over flowing. He answered the phone quickly, we scheduled an appointment, he came in reviewed the situation, explained what was going on and got everything fixed. He was punctual, very courteous and professional. Most importantly I felt like he did an amazing job, exactly what needed to be done.
