Any company that asks me all possible information upfront without even knowing if there is an available technician, while asking for $140 just for stepping foot in the house is an automatic one star from me. The operator doesn’t even know what is tightening a leaking faucet

Jack did a range of things for us today. He fixed two toilets , cleared a backed up bathtub, fixed guest bathroom dripping faucet, and fixed a huge leak from upstairs bathroom which dripped into our downstairs living room. I may have forgotten some additional work he did. Everything he does is first class.

We were fortunate to find Hagen plumbing. We had a complicated issue of very slow circulating hot water. The repair would require a recirculation line - which was expensive with breaking of walls etc. They found a simpler and effective solution which has solved the problem at a fraction of the cost. Kudos to Hagen - awesome work
