JMS Express Plumbing West Los Angeles

Ive already rated this company on another site, but given that its been a few years I wanted to post another review especially since great small businesses need the recognition during these times.I cannot say enough how much I appreciate JMS. Its nerve-wracking hiring contractors as a resident, you often dont know what youre going to get. Joe, the owner, is a hands-on manager who is hard-working, ethical, and honest. He knows his stuff, and Ive seen him guide his team on how to tackle a problem, not only the plumbing but the nuances of true service.His company did the full plumbing work for two bathrooms in a condo a few years ago including rough-in to finish. Excellent job and great service.I did not hesitate to call him again when I had a slow drain and trouble with a fridge water line (much smaller job). His service tram scheduled me right away, and JMS quickly identified what turned out to be a small problem. It gave me such peace of mind.I wish all contractors were like JMS. The only hesitancy I have in posting this review is that I dont want them to become too popular for fear that they will be too busy for me. But I dont think they would let that happen because they take good care of returning customers. Highly recommend Joe and JMS Express.FYI this work was done in the Miracle Mile/Mid-Wilshire area of LA.
