Scheduled me for 1-3 today. I sent photos of the issue and then waited all day. At 3 I called to see where the guy was and they told me he was on another job and then off to his daughter’s baseball game. They did not call to tell me, never apologized, and I lost the whole day and my toilet is still broken. Who does biz like this????
