Very overpriced and unnecessary. I got quoted for some simple work which came out to $800 from a guy named Juan. The biggest rip off. I got the same work done from someone else for $200.

John came over on his day off to help us with our leak. We are not knowledgeable about plumbing at all and we so appreciate his kindness. John Jr. installed our ice maker and was so kind, professional, and quick! We love this company!

I hired Just Right Plumbing to fix a kitchen sink issue. They said it was fixed. A few years later I find they left the pipe draining into the crawl space. I asked them to fix it. They had the nerve to charge me for the repair. They said they needed to replace all the galvanized pipes with new pipes. Now the plumbing is backing up again. They denied doing the plumbing even though I have an invoice from them that details the work. Again they refuse to fix their faulty work. They are costing me money, time and energy. And John is rude, belittling, and takes advantage of my ignorance on the subject matter. Avoid please. The photo I have is after the first repair - the water was draining down the foundation wall into the crawl space.

The Secretary is very unprofessional . She doesnt know how to do math calculations right and she is very rude !

Called John to get a second opinion on an estimate from another company that didnt sound right. He was stunned by the crazy estimate I had gotten from the other company so he came out the same day and took care of the routine maintenance needed on a tankless water heater. He was honest, professional, and incredibly experienced. Next time I have a plumbing issue I know exactly who Ill be calling!

I called to set up an appointment. John called me back and said he would be there in 1 1/2 hours. I never heard from him so called him back. He said he was stuck on another job and forgot to call. He would get back to tomorrow. Never heard from him. Dont waist your time with this company.

Im a bit conflicted on this rating and I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star but I do. I hired Just Right Plumbing to come snake my kitchen sink a few months ago since it was clogged up. The guys they sent were nice, wore shoe covers, were fast, efficient, and straight-to-the-point. I also used to have a great relationship with John, wed regularly communicate back-and-forth on issues. The sink got clogged up again so I felt Id go back to Just Right Plumbing since I had a good experience last time. Needless to say, this was the worst experience I couldve had; the experienced guy they sent was a disaster.He came in and tried to snake the drain, didnt fix the situation, and only made it worse:- Before even checking the sink, told me it was going to be a huge repair but wouldnt give me an estimate which was fishy.- We agreed to snake it now, and get an estimate for the long-term fix after, which I can consider doing in the near future. I was totally fine with this.- He went to grab the snaking machine, and as he was bringing it in the front door, SLAMMED it against the door; have yet to confirm if there was damage to the door.- As he was taking things out of the kitchen cabinet under the sink, he kept throwing everything around and on top of each other instead of placing it nicely. Then, he got a bunch of dirt and sweat all over my counter-tops which I had to spend 15 minutes cleaning up after he left. He also did not wear shoe covers.- After failing to snake the sink (which worked with the previous guys), he gave me two options: 1800$ access panel installation (Ive never seen an access panel on an island before in my life) or a 1400$ valve. He said the 1800$ solution would require taking out a ton of drywall, but he knows a drywall guy that might cost 200$ (so in reality it was a 2000$ solution); he said the 1400$ solution wouldnt require ripping out drywall.-I agreed to the 1800$ solution and to do it on Monday, then I showed him the garbage disposal made the water go down, so then he said the 1400$ solution would fix the issue long-term and the 1800$ solution was no longer needed, which basically means he was lying to my face and trying to scam me out of money for no reason. So we agreed to the 1400$ solution.- THEN he went and grabbed the paperwork from his truck, came back, said hed need to take out a ton of drywall so then Id need a drywall repair with the 1400$ solution as well, lying to me again. I signed the paperwork, agreed to a 200$ deposit, then said Id rather use a card-payment machine rather than him writing down my card number, so he went to his truck to grab the machine. Then he came back and said he cant do the work anymore and wanted to be paid for his time.- This is ridiculous, I said I wouldnt pay him for his time because he 1) didnt fix anything, 2) gave me a 1800$ and 1400$ solution, 3) then lied and said the 1800$ solution wasnt necessary after I agreed to it, so we agreed to the 1400$ solution, 4) told me he could no longer do the work after I agreed to do the work on Monday and signed the paperwork, 5) left all the stuff under my sink dirty and unorganized, throwing stuff around, and 6) took out two huge pieces of drywall and never put them back in.The guy was also being shady about estimates and wouldnt give me a ballpark estimate until he went back to his truck.Overall, the guy felt slimy, made the situation worse, was dirty and reckless with my furniture and countertops, lied to me on two occasions, failed to even mitigate the issue short-term, then after he wrote up the contract and signed it and then I signed it he backed out of it and demanded payment. Unacceptable. You cant lie to me, have me sign paperwork, not fix the issue, then tell me to pay you for your work.I tried calling John to see what happened with the situation and he has now ignored all my texts and calls which is extremely odd because we had a great working relationship and Ive used his company in the past with no issues. Really unacceptable behavior.
