I dont know much about plumbing, but I do know good customer service. I had some issues under my kitchen sink where the drains had become disconnected. The existing plumbing was kind of a mess & the guys from Royale Plumbing replaced & repaired the hack job that was there when I bought my place. I called RP at around 4:15 in the afternoon & spoke to Janelle. She was extremely helpful & reassuring & also clear about pricing etc. Although the price seemed high (I have nothing to compare it to), there was no confusion about what I should expect. Janelle let me know that the plumber(s) would be at my place between 6pm & 9pm. 3 hours is a big window & they ended up arriving closer to 9 than 6, but I appreciated that it was on short notice. The plumbers determined that there was more work than initially anticipated & I received a call from Janelle to inform me of additional costs while the guys were there/before they did the work. The guys were quiet & clean & respectful. They were there for almost an hour, I think. They did a great job & I feel confident that things are way better than they were before.I would definitely use Royale Plumbing again.

The plumber showed up in the specified time range. Fixed the problem the first time and the shut-off valve has worked as intended after installation.

Awesome!I needed to unclog a drain in the bathroom sink. The guys showed up on time, took a look at everything and told me how much it will cost. 10 mins later, they were done! And they even cleaned up after themselves! Im amazed! Best plumbing company Ive ever dealt with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Had a leak in our kitchen sink. I have had bad experiences with plumbers, but was pleasantly surprised with Royale Plumbing.They were nice on the phone, showed up on time, friendly and kind in person, and quick with the repair.They did a great job too.Thanks Royale Plumbing for being the most professional plumbers I have used in a very long time.

One person from this company came to change a sprinkler valve( that was wrongly placed before by them and leaking ) and when removing the valve the PVC line broke . Not only that they are trying to charge now 650$ for the PVC valve replacement that was totally fine before they came but he also left and leave the water running..

Amazing interface and customer Service by the wonderful Monique! She is knowledgeable, great at trouble shooting and even watched out for me to save money. Unprompted, she tries to zero in on the real root of the problem, to save money and time. Ive worked with many plumbing companies and These guys are the Best!! Fast, Accurate, Honest and Hardworking. I really couldnt ask for better! The guys Humberto and Jose are great too. They trouble shoot and do the work in a day, what others would take weeks...seriously. Thank you Royale Plumbing!

I called Royale Plumbing when our dishwasher wasnt completely draining after a cycle. Tanya was able to schedule an appointment quickly and handled all the paperwork directly with our landlord. Luis arrived on time, quickly found the problem (a clogged drain hose) and fixed it. In a perfect world, everything would go this smoothly! Thanks Royale.

I had Royale install a new toilet + tank in my apartment. It is a tight space with the bathtub about 12 from the toilet. After the plumber left, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub glaze, maybe caused by a metal tool hitting it. It seems like an easy fix but I dont have the experience to fix it myself.So I sent Royale a photo and they replied: we dont do any patching work and are not held responsible for any damage done. Really? If you make the damage - that makes you responsible! Regardless of their official position, I felt like I wasnt asking for a lot. Due to their disappointing customer service, I will not use their services again.

Dispatcher and Plumber were both super polite and easy to work with. They even moved up my appointment time for an emergency service where every minute was important to me. Job was quick, thorough and COVID protocols were observed 100%.

I have a vacation rental in LA, that I try to manage from halfway around the world in Australia. When I have a problem like a blocked toilet on a Saturday night, just hours before a guest is due to arrive, I need a company I can rely on!After reading other positive reviews on Yelp, I tried Royale Plumbing. Monique was prompt and professional, and completely understood the urgency and logistics of the problem. A plumber was sent within an hour, and for what I consider a fair price for a Saturday evening. The tenant reported a perfectly working toilet, and a perfectly clean bathroom. I couldnt ask for more, and wouldnt hesitate to use Royale Plumbing again in the future.

I called royale plumbing & the other company M.R at the same time due to the outdoor water leak .M.R came out & gave me estimate $615 for changing valve/nipples and other parts that i dont understand.Royale plumb.came out on time and started to loose the valve & stopped the leak.It took him 2 minutes 2 solved my problem. he explained me that sometime, if u tight the valve TOO TIGHT , ,it can cause leak. u they did not charge me a dime!in my 20years of being a home owner, i finally found the plumbing comp. that i can trust. they are prompt & honest & i highly recommend this company.thank you so much,Royale plumbing .for being honest andrelieving me from stress,and of course saving $$$ !!

Had a plumber come in to fix a leaky faucet at the price of $150. First off, what a rip-off but it was an emergency. In addition I asked them to install a faucet which they charged an extra $100, when I gave them all the parts. After they were done, they charged an additional $40 because of a faulty supply line without telling us about it. Youve got to at least tell us youre installing an extra part and for what price.Tried to reason with a lady named Monique on the phone because of the price, and she was so rude. She pretty much chewed us out on the phone when I know my roommate was being polite. I was going to give them at least 2 stars for coming in on short notice, but she made me give them a one for such rudeness.Overpriced and rude, so will never work with this company again. This sink better be faultless after all of that.

I called this company in on an emergency plumbing problem with my toilet. They were fast in response and fair on labor. I would use them again.

Very fast, very effective. Clogged bathtub drain in 2nd floor apartment, west LA. Drano did not work, I had tried snaking it myself too. Royale Plumber gave me a 11a-1p window and arrived at 12:20p, finished the work in three minutes flat. Bravo.

Prompt service, quick repair, and friendly people. Would use again.
