I shattered the glass in my sliding window, and the folks were not only able to bring me a brand new piece of glass in its original frame, but was able to do it within 48 Hrs. Very nice folks, smooth communication, no fuss at all. Highly recommended for anyone who needs similar service.

Had a great experience with reliance development and construction great company identified my roof leak and gave me a great price to fix it. I had no problems . Covid and inflation has raised prices and has made it almost impossible to find an honest contractor but reliance came through and I trusted them with my property. My company Rep name is Rob. I recently had a roof repair done and I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew.The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable about roofing and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well.I am very happy with the way my roof looks now. The repair is virtually invisible and I am confident that it will last for many years to come.

Weve worked with them on several projects, and each time theyve been incredibly responsive and addressed all of our concerns, even those that came up suddenly. Im very cautious about the people I hire to work on my homes. I tend to call out at least 3 contractors to give me estimates on whatever it is im looking to get done. I have an older home in the valley and it needed a lot of work done to the stucco on the outside. I called a handful of companies out to give me estimates. What i liked best about Reliance Development is that they never seemed to push themselves and work on me. They were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns and were able to give me a quote while they were on our scheduled appointment. I decided to hire them to do the work and i am so happy i did; My home looks brand new from the outside with the stucco repair and painting Reliance did for me. Were in discussions now about my kitchen remodel. I would definitely hire these guys for your next project. Honest, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys!!

This place has a couple of awsome guys here .extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a issue with a leaky roof and because I expected to pay for a new roof I was bumped out. Once these guys inspected my roof they told me all I needed was to put some flex seal on the separating rafters and it saved me some serious dough! Thanks Reliance and Especially Kevin for your patience and Understanding. I would Highly recommend to Anybody in Socal Areas.

I had my house painted by Relinace and it was a very pleasant experience. The crew was really clean and professional they put tape and paper to mask and they pick up all the trash when they finished. The best part was they were always on time and finished when they said they would. I would definitely have more work done in the future 👍

Very surprised with the job well done that this company provided. Not only was it priced reasonably, they didn’t try to scam me or sell me on extra work like most companies do. I needed my house painted somewhat quickly so I gave Reliance a shot and I couldn’t be happier with the results. First of all the salesman we dealt with was very kind, considerate and pointed out every detail of the scope of work that we wanted. He was very transparent on every step of the painting process, which was important to me. Once we settled on a date to start the job everything went as planned, the paint crew was phenomenal and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Reliance Development for your next home improvement project!

We contacted them for a roof repair and after we paid a deposit of $850 they refused to do the work unless we change the whole roof.They left and didnt refund anything.

I scheduled eight appointments with contractors looking to get bids for my roof after the storm we had unfortunately only 2 contractors even showed up I decided to go with Reliance. Their project manager Tyler did an excellent job explaining the difference between their product and other roofs that are out on the market. The experience felt extremely educational I ended up deciding to move forward with them not only because of the obvious product knowledge Tyler has but he also wasn’t pushy and seemed to genuinely care about fixing my roof leak. I would definitely use reliance again for future products.

Realizing theres many businesses out there that can do the work but with this company I have been satisfied with the quality work professional and theres a great atmosphere with the crew... recommend this company

Dont Get Swindled by these Shady Construction companies . Reliance is a truthful company that stands by there word. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know what things Actually cost no BS and very informative . Our guy was Robert. He knew exactly what we needed and did not waste our time. I would definitely recommend to Friends and Family. Our job was a Full House Re-pipe.

Really happy to say that my family has all worked with this Company They are really good people who have a good Understanding of Roofs . Got a quote for 30k from local competitor. But once Reliance inspected found out I only needed a fraction of the wood the competitor was charging me for. Ended up getting my Roof done for almost 5K less thanks Reliance. Thanks Rob the builder 👍🏽.

Not trustworthy and very unreliable.Paid them to draw up plans for an old addition and submit them to the city, Nothing has been done. Corry does not respond to emails or phone calls.Paid 7,300 on 4/22, almost one year. I think Ive been scammed, reported them to the BBB. Be careful people.

I recently had a patio built by reliance and they did a really good job. It was done fast and exactly what I was asking for, I’ll be recommending everyone to go with reliance from now on.

The entire team was awesome. They were reliable and kept to the promised time table. They cleaned their work area everyday. The team was focused on the task at hand and got the job done. They met and exceeded expectations.

Cant say that I was Skeptical about seeing a 5 Star company Across the Board but Reliance is true to there reputation. They helped me out with a interior leak. only charged me 500 Bucks. now there building me A ADU I recommend them Highly Especially the one they Call Rob The Builder ! :).
