Explained it was a small job, 15x15 carpet, probably take 15 minutes.Ricardo confirms with me by text they would arrive next morning, gave me reasonable quote, which I said I would add extra to the quote.Day of appointment...NO SHOW.I texted him back after waiting, NO CALL BACK !I waited a whole hour waiting for arrival OR call...NOTHING!Avoid the his UNPROFESSIONAL company.Who cares if others say that hey clean well.I wouldnt ever deal with them OR refer them!And I am a businessman of 40 years.
