Since my Rheem water heater stopped working, I was stuck without hot water. I called about 6 different plumbing companies and got astronomical quotes.RPM to the rescue!I called RPM and had my water heater replaced with 50 gallon Bradford White within several hours. All this at a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted by other companies!Eric was quick to respond and suggest a perfect water heater for my infrastructure. Eric was professional and honest, which I appreciated very much.After a quick phone call to a technician - Lou arrived. He removed my broken heater and had new one installed shortly there after.Thank you 🙏RPM is highly recommended cheers.

I recently had a serious back up at home that Rooter & Plumbing Masters were able to respond to quickly as an emergency. They were able to promptly fix the problem, and even help coordinate how to go about resolving the water damage to my floor as a result of the flooding. They are honest about problems and options for how to fix them. Prices are competitive and the personnel are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a last minute emergency leak under our house and Art came out right away to fix the problem on a galvanized pipe. Same day fix! He was very professional and nice to me and my husband. Ripped one of my clients off. Sprinkler valve broke, and started leaking water. So I shut the water off at the main valve. This was supposed to be an easy fix, $1 pvc pipe part at Home Depot. But they took advantage that she was an older lady and did a completely unnecessary scam job and replaced the whole shutoff main. $960 job. Always get a second opinion because people like These people will take advantage of you

Carlos the techinician came out friendly, profesional, and knowledge of his trade. Carlos took the time and patience to answer all my questions with clearity and honesty.After calling several other pluming services and wasting money with constant back ups, RPM got to the ROOT of the problem!Thanks again Carlos the Tech. and the team for the quick responce and service.I hope we dont call again but if we need any pluming serviceRPM Rooters will be my first call!

The office was very quick in responding. Lee, the technician who came out, was both knowledgeable and polite and gave great information. He was great with quoting and finishing the job quickly and professionally. Will definitely keep them on file and use again.

Made appointment, were going to show up to my residence between 9:00am-1030am, waited for one hour after 1030am (1130am) and no call no show. Had to call them back to see the status. They lost my order appointment so they were never going to show up. They apologized and said they were sending someone and will be at my residence in 30minutes. One hour passes by and nothing. Had to call back to their answering service to cancel the appointment. Time wasted for nothing and for getting time off from work to be their waiting for them

Josh is honest dependable and very reasonably priced. He has saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary plumbing bills. Has gone above and beyond to work my plumbing emergencies into my schedule and I highly recommend him!

They came out the same day that I called with my emergency. The person was fast and thorough.

Worst plumbers I have ever experienced. Doesnt even deserve a star.First they sent out a rookie who spent 3 hours to install a bathroom faucet. Which he didnt finish the job and said someone else will come out and finish it.Second guy comes and supposedly fixes the faucet. Later I find out it still leaking under sink.Called the company and talked to the manager to get it fixed again... Got the run around and they said someone else will come. A week passes.Finally the last guy comes 2 hours late. At this point I have given up on these guys and Im fed up with the bs. Supposedly a brand new faucet is defective and I would need new faucet.By the way my checking account got confiscated when I paid by check but the owner said couldnt be them.. hmm

Plumber that came to do the service Erick.. was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He took care of my problems. Thank you Erick and RPM Plumbing. I will for sure use them in the future.

Nobody wants to call a plumber or drain tech, period.But when you do, I would recommend these very professional and hard working techs.They have all the tools and they make sure your problem has been resolved.They even offer to come out again with high tech cameras and other repair devices if your budget allows and never any real pressure to do so. Mostly suggesting a more permanent fix when tree roots etc have compromised your pipes.Thanks.

RPM plumbing is very professional and knowledgeable. Eric and his crew were very courteous and the customer service was second to none. Project was started and finished when promised so I am thankful for that and so are my tenants! I called this company for there service they got here on time as expected over the phone it was free estimate ones here they charge me $100 to do examination on issue under the house. I paid for the service to be done. I ask him how much is it going to cost me Marvin he said Ill speak to my supervisor and send you an estimate I never received it I waited for the hole day. The next early I called the office more than ones to get my receipt an estimate never got one I called the office spoke to Jerry he said let me get with technician on estimate I never got on to this point . Feel free to try them I honestly think this company needs good communication skills and customer service experience because they have none. Dont waste your time look elsewhere...

Needed a plumber on a Sunday. Found the first one on Google and luckily, they turned out to be great. Initially, I thought it was would be a simple snaking job. But Arturo and his team did a thorough check and was able to find the real problem with the main line. They were quick and got the job done within 3 days. Great service and nice people. Would recommend.

Setup a service appointment to replace a single PVC component under a sink. Not only did I schedule the appointment, I called to set the appointment, then sent an e-mail with a drawing and photos outlining the very simple work being requested, then called back to confirm the e-mail had been received and reconfirm the appointment.Green lights across the board.Come service window, I called to ask plumber ETA. Was told Id be called back right away. Over an hour passed, no word. I tried calling back, they claimed that an appointment was never scheduled. Absurd.Save yourself the absolutely horrendous experience and go with someone else.

I rarely give good reviews. However my parents needed a Rooter service for there home. Everywhere I called said they had appointments for tomorrow. When I call this place the manager was very helpful and friendly. They said the would try to get someone out as soon as possible but if not then definitely by 6pm. I was impressed that they had someone at my parents in an hour after I had called them. There service was amazing, friendly, helpful, and mostly affordable.

Great experience, Rooter and Plumbing Masters have much knowledge in plumbing. They will go the extra mile to make sure the job is completed just right and help you understand what is the best recommendation. They are very respectful and honest and will explain everything to you step by step.

Ive never written a review for any company, but I felt so strong about letting others know that I had a great experience using this company to resolve my parents plumbing issues. 1800 plumbing did an awesome job. My shower fossit for a long time, i was paying double on my water bill and one of the technicians came in and replaced a shower valve and that fixed my problem. I am very satisfied with the work, they were friendly, clean, and respectful. I would really recommend them.

They worked on December 31, even though it was a holiday as well as New Years, and they did an excellent job. They made sure that all the work was done professionally thank you Eric. You will always be highly recommend.

I called Josh at 10:00pm on a Sunday night, our plumbing of the whole house was backed up not draining. Josh was very professional on the phone quoted a reasonable price, he said that Robert would arrive in less than 45 minutes, Robert got here in 30 minutes, he checked out the problem, a little while later he cleared the drain. Robert was very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend anyone in need of a good plumbing company to call these guys.

Tried to rip off my mom for $480 bucks to get a longer gas hose and then switch locations of washer and dryer. Called another plumber and he did it for $60. If you dont know much about plumbing wouldnt recomend, scammers.

Called for an estimate. They gave me an super high quote. Called another plumber got the work done for less than half the price. LET ME UPDATE MY REVIEW: Someone called me to argue with me regarding my review... first of all that is embarrassing, desperate and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Your actions speak for them self. SMH!!

All out service and outstanding price. Had a clogged shower drain, Ismal and Brian went all out and unclogged it. If I have plumming issues, Im glad I know who to call!
