Dont use these guys. They repiped our house and once we had a leak after installation, they would not even answer the phone. A lifetime warranty is worth nothing if they do not even respond. Professionals would at least call back

Lady was very rude on the phone. In addition, they charged for repiping whole house including showers, however when walls were opened during renovation there was still old cast iron pipes.

I understand their rating now as I discovered Ameriserve wont honor warranty. Pressure Control valve is not excluded in my written warranty from installation, but the owner Baegun Park told me that doesnt matter, he wont honor it. I dont recommend, there are too many other companies that honor their printed warranty, and deal with their customers appropriately.

Great experience. We got our house re-piped with copper 4 years go. No problems. Yesterday we discovered some wet drywall. Today they looked at it, had a crew out, removed the drywall, fixed the leak and re-patched and re-painted. Great crew - very fast - cleaned up everything, and not even a question about doing it under warranty. Very happy!

This company did a great job, make no mistake, they have to cut holes in the walls and ceiling, and there is dust, they covered the floors, walls, etc. but it still filters into everything. They were timely and cleaned up afterwards as best as possible. The only time problem was waiting for the inspector, who by the way told us they were a good company and crew.

Alfonso and his family worked so hard and even went above and beyond by coming back to fix little things. I highly recommend Ameriserve if they’re workers are like this group. We are satisfied.

We had Ameriserve repipe our house 5 years ago. Aside from not so great dry wall repair, we were happy with the work. Well, until a month ago. We started having leaks from our main shut off valve, as well as leaking in our garage. We called Ameriserve since they did the repipe, Bob came out to look at it. His first response was that his guys bypassed the slab and repiped from the main to the house. Well, they didnt. I think since he realized that when he looked at the leak, he said he didnt see anything. There was evidence of a water leak, but I informed him the water wasnt leaking at that moment because we turned the water off. I turned the water back on, and of course it started leaking. He took some pictures but said he didnt see a problem. When my husband later spoke to Bob, he quoted us $2700 to fix it. The very first line on our original quote said Ameriserve was going to bypass the slab and reroute the water line from the main to the house. We were told that they were not going to fix it without an additional cost, and that it was our problem. Be aware of what youre getting and make sure they truely complete what they say they will.

I contacted them for an estimate on repiping my house. Within 5 minutes of being there, the rep asked me why he was talking to me and not my husband. When I responded that this was my initiative, and that I worked in the plumbing industry, he became mocking, and spent the rest of the conversation making condescending and insulting comments. Their bid was about in the middle of the range I expected, but I absolutely don’t want to work with a company that’s so rude.

Ameriserve repiped my two story house with Pex and alse replaced the main pipe from the sidewalk to the house. The workers, Jose, Mario and Salvador showed up on time and proceeded with their work despite 110 deg weather. The work was finished in three days which included replacing the water heater. They were very efficient and kept the floors covered and as clean as possible. We alse had hot and cold water every night. The holes in the sheetrock were minimal and were covered up so that they are hardly visible, of course they need to be painted. Are we happy? Yes, I took a shower and my wife turned on all kinds of faucets but the water flow and temperature in my shower never changed. The workers did an outstanding job and I would recommend them highly.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. We had work done by Ameriserve 7 years ago and started with such high hopes. We had drywall repair included, which they first tried not to do, then when it was done the people completing were obviously not happy about it and did a rushed, sloppy job getting plaster and materials all over things in our house that shouldn’t have been an issue. Even though that was annoying and even damaged a few small things, my biggest issue with this company was that we had TWO issues of water leaking from the new pipes after the “repipe”, fought to have someone come look at them and when they finally did they did NOTHING about fixing them. One of the two leaks the person who came to look at it took a hammer, yes a hammer, to our drywall and pounded several holes in the wall only to tell us he didn’t see an issue. He left the drywall all mangled and a huge mess, making it a much more difficult repair than it had to be. And didn’t even fix the problem! They were so beyond frustrating to work with that we ended up just having someone else fix the issues because clearly this company did not care. I highly recommend you avoid and stear clear of using Ameriserve.
