Our technician, Daniel Rosas was fantastic to work with! He took his time assessing our property to make sure to give us the accurate quote for their services. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had regarding the cleaning process. At the time of service, he worked efficiently and safely! Bryan was extremely wonderful. Hard worker. Friendliest and most professional plumber that I have encountered. Dan, the supervisor was smart in figuring the issue that no other plumbers were able to do in the past 2 years. It’s only been a couple of weeks since the work was completed so hopefully everything continues to work properly. These guys are expensive but very professional.

Armando came in assessed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself which rarely happens these days. Thanks! It’s good to hire someone with some pride in their work.

They did not clear my kitchen drain. They only used a hand held snake auger and not a medium motorized one. They quoted me for $3500 to replace the san tee fittings. Whether or not that was the issue. Another plumber the next day cleared up the clog. But at least they did not charge me.

Prompt , professional service! Raymond had to return t evaluate a part failure on a water heater that had been installed by another plumber over a year ago. He installed the parts sent by the manufacturer on Sunday and on Monday the new part failed again. Raymond explained the problem and instructed me as to how to handle it. Manufacturer will be sending out new replacement parts which I will have Rooter Hero reinstall. Until then, no hot water!(Edit) The second set of parts sent by the manufacturer failed two days later! I contacted Rooter Hero and Raymond returned on his day off to take a look at the water heater. He explained the situation and I agreed that the water heater had to be replaced. Raymond was able to get me a good deal and the unit was installed the next day. We finally have hot water after two weeks!

This is a mixed review as the actual Plummer was great but the service as a whole was terrible.It took 3 days to come and get someone to snake my sink drain...Called in on Tuesday morning and requested someone to come in at night as I had work during the day. They had confirmed and later rescheduled me for the next day same time. Wednesdays comes and they said they would have someone come in at 7-9pm, which worked for me. I had to follow up with them since no one called me up to 7pm. They said that someone would come. I kept calling every half hour or so and they kept saying someone was evento going. Waited until 10 and they said the person was not going he had just finished his shift... Why couldnt they get someone else if theyre 24 hours.Anyway had Francisco finally come in on Thursday night and did a great job. Would give him 5 stars but overall it was a disaster.

Totally Satisfied With The Service Done To My Heating Unit 👌😎👌

Arrived in less than an hour. Got an estimate for the work that was needed. Jose was professional and efficient. But later I got another estimate. Jose never looked at the furnace. He only looked at the ductwork. AND most importantly he never told me that my ducts are made of asbestos. Just that information alone would have gotten my business. Even though the price was 9k. Im diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. So, I definitely would have wanted to have the work done immediately! I paid $90 for the estimate, but if the technician had done his job properly I would have been willing to spend the 9k to have the ducts replaced. Instead, now Im going with another company that actually did the job correctly and looked at everything and shared pertinent information.

After having another rooter company waste two hours of my day trying to clear my clogged line with inferior equipment only to tell me they wanted $300 for further inspection I called Rooter Hero. Evan showed up within half an hour and brought out the appropriate heavy duty snake and within 30 minutes had fixed what the other company couldnt. Of course Evan had suggestions on things I could do to upgrade my system but was very professional when I declined. Rooter Hero is appropriately named and Evan was my families hero that Sunday as we had family visiting from the east coast.

These guys were great. Had a slab leak and got the run around from others until I called Rooter Hero. Saved the day, literally. Eddie, Jaime and Rafael were great. Will definitely use again.
