I put in a Yelp request for the pricing on a toilet installation. I heard back from a few places. Hector responded quickly and was able to schedule the job almost immediately although I ended up waiting a few days because the toilet we wanted at the price we wanted was not available immediately. Quote was not the lowest, but much less than a lot of other places, and it included removal and hauling away of the old toilet. Then, without asking, after I said I was purchasing it from Home Depot, they offered to pick up the toilet from the store at no additional cost. So with picking up the toilet and hauling away the old toilet, the price was as good if not better then the lower quotes which did not include these services.I received a text this morning that the toilet was at Home Depot ready to be picked up and texted Hector. Within a few hours I was told Jesler would be arriving in five minutes Jesler was a very nice young man, who arrived in a clean van in a clean uniform, brought the toilet up, replaced it, and took the old toilet away and left the place spotless. He also installed the old toilet seat that I had just purchased, which is a better one than the one provided with the toilet.I highly recommend Cali Plumbing, their service, pricing, availability, and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future plumbing jobs.

I’m currently getting my roof done and I had pipes exposed over my roof going from one side to another for 25 feet. I contacted Cali Plumbing and Rooter and talked to Hector on Friday night. He gave me the best quote and was also very professional. On Saturday morning he was at my house with Brandon to rerun the pipes below the roof. They were great. They cut out slots through 2x4’s so the pipes are now covered. They also used metal shields to protect the pipes and padding to protect the pipes. They knocked out the job in about 4 hours. No leaks and I finally got rid of the eyesore running across the front side of the house. Thanks Brandon and Hector. I appreciate the hard work.

Last week our 4 story, 30 unit building had a blocked pipe which cause a leak from level 2 into the unit below. We called Cali Plumbing to come inspect and they were able to determine our problem immediately. Michael, the technician they sent out was very thorough and explained the situation in a easy to understand manner. Even though it was Labor Day weekend Michael and Fortino spent the entire day in our garage hydrojetting all the horizontal lines. After 7 hours of grinding they finished the job and Fortino did an excellent job at cleaning the horrendous mess. At the end of the day, the blockage in our pipes had been cleared and all the residents were able to enjoy the rest of the Labor Day weekend. Thanks to Cali Plumbing for coming out during this heatwave and 3 day weekend. I would definitely recommend Cali Plumbing to my friends and family.

Héctor and his team were impecable from beginning to end. He came over to discuss our needs for a shower valve replacement. He took his time not only to explain what needed to happen but also to go over our options. I am so impressed! With a description and some photos I was given an estimate for the job. When I accepted their offer for the job, they completed the repair the same day! Incredible! I had a faulty gas valve on my fire place. I needed a quick repair and Cali plumbing delivered. We had a serious plumbing issue. Our pipes backed up in the laundry room on the 2nd floor due to a clogged pipe. The water was pouring out downstairs through the light fixtures. Hector and his team were able to determine where the pipe was clogged on the first floor and open the walls to change the pipes and flush them out. To my surprise Hector was also able to repair the drywall himself which is amazing for a plumber. Fantastic service! I highly recommend Cali Plumbing!!!

Our shower valve in one of our bathrooms needed to be replaced (to have a working shower). This was accessible through the tile in the shower or through the kitchen wall on the other side. We spoke to Hector through Yelp and he was great! We were able to send him pictures, videos and a description of the issue - he responded immediately! Hector listened, asked questions and offered his thoughts - he did not try to give me a ridiculous quote or scare me with describing serious issues. Finally, after he was sure, he offered a quote with clear details which was confirmed once one of his plumbers arrived. His plumber was also amazing! Patient, meticulous, knowledgeable and was not in a hurry so he walked us through everything without any sign of annoyance! Great customer service and quality work. It took a bit longer because the old pipe was galvanized steel (which was they wouldnt know until opening the wall) but they came back and knocked it out. The quality work was worth the price and we can confidently say well be calling them for all our plumbing needs.Also, they were responsive through yelp, phone and text! No BS at any point. They worked well with our HOA maintenance guy who can be really difficult.

My very favorite plumber. I always call these guys first. Very friendly, they do great work, they stand behind their work, and great prices. The pics are of the before and after (arrow points to the leak). The CPVC is delicate stuff after 25 years and is a pain to work with. They upgraded the joint. Great job.

My toilet wasnt flushing and draining properly. I called and they sent someone over to fix it. They immediately diagnose the issue and went to fixing it. They even cleaned up the overflowing water that was on my floor. Professional, friendly, and great work. The parts that they replaced even came with warranty.

The first time i found cali plumbing was for an air gap fixing for my new dishwasher they did that amazingly! So much so, i asked them for help ones again. My water heater broke down and need a fixing or a replacement. Hector and Stephanie came down to do a consultation. Said that it probably the motor and the sensor. And said itll be cheaper to replace. He too broke down the pro and cons of why to replace and what to replace it with. He even told us the pros and cons of having a tankless water heater. In the end we picked a tankless. Hector and Stephanie installed it the same day too!! Getting back our hot water that same day! AMAZING JOB!

One of our rental houses had an emergency water leak issue and we were swamped with our own work so I contacted Cali Plumbing. Best decision! Our water heater stopped heating water. I called Cali Plumbing late in the day about 6 pm, and they said they would come out and take a look at it in about 30 min. Then 30 min later they were here. the plumber reviewed the situation, said they could fix it the next morning so by noon wed have hot water again which made my wife very happy.
