I have had Universal Electric work on many projects over the last 14 years and I cant think of one that was delayed or exceeded budget due to Universal Electric. I called this morning when I lost electricity in the bathrooms and adjacent areas. Matt called me back quickly and was able to come to the house in a couple of hours. On July 5th I thought this was excellent with the holiday weekend. He was very efficient in locating the problem it was a bit challenging as it was related to a bad receptacle that has not been used in years. He replaced the receptacle did not try and sell me anything I did not need and he charged me a very reasonable amount. He is very professional and pleasant and I will definitely use him again.

Matt Cohen and the Universal Electric team are great. They are very responsive, cost effective and technically savvy. Matt has solved some very difficult electrical issues over the years and is always solution oriented.
