Jerry is ethical & quite competent in his work. I am always confident he has gotten to the root of the problem and not just doing short term fixes that temporarily ease a situation. He gets right to the point as well when he speaks about the solutions he comes to and with what needs to be done and what it will cost to get the job accomplished with utmost integrity.

These guys are the real deal. I never knew that plumbing involved so much math and calculations. I had another plumber install tankless water heaters in three apartments and they all broke down in six months. It turns out you need someone who can calculate gas requirements, flow rates, etc. It takes tons of math and calculations and tables. They actually recommended that I install regular old tank water heaters, otherwise Id have to dig up concrete to put in bigger gas lines. If you have a simple job, you might not need these guys, but if it is at all complex, call these guys. Its the same with car repair, anyone can change the oil, but it takes an expert to fine tune a performance sports car. I learned my lesson, and if I need a drain cleaned, I might call someone else, but if I have a complicated project, Ill call the Botham crew in the future.

Responded within an hour and provided the parts and instructions to fix my dryer exhaust. Nice guy as well!

We have had Botham Plumbing come to our rescue twice, with great service and success at a very reasonable price both times. Once, our pipes were rattling in the shower and no one (else) could figure out what was wrong. Jerry figured it out and fixed it! Yay.... had been contemplating a huge job before he came. Today, we needed a toilet resealed and he came and did that very quickly. No worries here if we need a plumber!

Botham plumbing is who I call to work on my old home. Jerry the owner oversees all the work. He has an incredible amount of plumbing knowledge and will explain things clearly. An expert tradesman in his field and someone I trust. He corrected all the shoddy work the previous people did. We now have correct water pressure, drains, copper repipe, water filter system and water heater. New fixture installs were done perfectly. Everything works like new. Get it done right the 1st time so you don’t need to fix it again. Thank you Jerry!

Needs to prioritize arrention to detail regarding Job Details vs. Tool/Part (s) organization!
