They sent someone over to help me - who found out my issue was simple (replacing battery), didnt fix the other issue I had and then billed me for 2 hours when (1) I didnt know they were going to bill me and at what rate (2) their guy didnt even work for 2 whole hours. I called, left messages, and sent numerous emails (Nov. 8, 14, Dec. 5, 18, 25, and 26) trying to resolve the issue with only 1 email response to which they didnt reply again. Avoid if you can.
