I selected Convention Electric after a competitive bid process to serve as the electrical and plumbing contractor for a consumer event, Animé Los Angeles, at the Long Beach Convention Center.From start to finish, I had the same point of contact in Maria to answer all my questions, and I appreciate her experience and her flexibility.The on-site team was able to set and strike everything on time and under budget despite a tight move-out window, and even assisted in the investigation of a plumbing issue they were not even responsible for.I will be working with Convention Electric again next year for this event and will keep them front of mind for any other events I host in Southern California.

What a terrible vendor experience we had with this company as our first and now last in getting an on-site electrical service paid and submitted which on day of service and event going live the very next day, we couldnt get access to the main power source after all. We ended up not using their electric power source due to lack of accessibility yet they still insist we arent entitled to a full refund. So they are OK to take our payment with no electrical service fully rendered or utilized.
