Because of that, I need a reliable plumber I can trust, who is highly skilled, can come out the same day or the next, and whose work is so good that my tenants notice and compliment it.Over the years, Ive hired many plumbers. Why so many? Because, until now, I hadn’t found a plumber who could diagnose issues as accurately as Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair. Over the years, I have given Perez Plumbing repeat business, because they have always done great work and very reasonable prices, whether smaller or larger jobs. Gabriel, the manager, is also very nice and friendly.

Gabriel was very informative and honest. He explained completed job and also gave good tips to help maintain upkeep on the garage disposal.The pricing was fair and they guarantee their work.My mom and I couldnt be happier.I will definitely call Perez Plumbing for my next project.

I called them at 6:36pm, and they told me they would come within an hour and 30 minutes. I waited and waited, and since there was no phone call or text message from them informing me of their delay or whether they were coming after all, I reached out to them in a text message at 7:55pm: NO RESPONSE. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and we waited again. My husband then called them an hour later, (8:50pm) and basically told them respectfully, we called you about 2 + hours ago requesting your service and your arrival time has surpassed, so are you still coming, we have been waiting. Their response was: in 8 minutes we will be there. Well they didnt show up! VERY DISAPPOINTING. Honesty and professionalism is much appreciated, and clearly this company did not.

My family was very happy with the installation of our water heater. This company is very professional,honest, friendly and affordable. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I am so happy I found them in the internet. The other plumbers I found wanted to change my husband alot of money,we are on a tight budget.

These guys were quick and showed that they cared about more than just your business. They fixed the water heater in our apartment complex last year in June and today we had the same issue. The fact that they remembered our last encounter speaks volumes. They really get to know their customers. This time around once again, they got our water heater up and running and went above beyond to tell us the possible underlying causes for this problem. Highly recommend them. They will for sure continue to be our go to guys for any appliance and plumbing issues!

Had them come look at my ice maker and they said it would need a whole new motor, didnt even try to trouble shoot. Took my $35 dollar fee said will call me the next day to tell me how much for the motor and the install but never a call and its been 4 days. Dont bother calling, Im not interested anymore.

VERY POOR SERVICE👎🏼MR. PEREZ PICKED UP MY LG DRYER FOR REPAIRS AND RETURNED IT BACK TO ME WITH MISSING SCREWS BIG SCRATCHES AND DENTS. YOUR BETTER OFF CALLING BIG COMPANIES FOR A BETTER SERVICE EVENIF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE.I WILL NEVER CALL PEREZ FOR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!!!

Perez Plumbing went over what they were going to do for inspection for gas leak...we had some issues with furnace and some piping out of code...Perez Plubing got our home out to code and we are back in service...🙏🙏🙏

After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem

We called Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair for a gas leak reported to us by the gas company. Gabriel arrived and immediately began a pressure test and found the leaks. He was honest enough to tell me that if he quoted all of the repairs it would have been too expensive and instead quoted the repipe at a fair price. The work was done ahead of schedule and got us back our gas faster than we thought! Gabriel is a very knowledgeable guy and will definitely call him for any repair in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the work provided me. I had a plumbing job 2 prior plumbers could not solve. They came gave me options and provided a great team of professionals doing a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the work, and any repairs needed done were done well, cant even tell theyd been there. Everyone was fast efficient and courteous They are the plumbers I trust in future. Perez Plumbing this is In response to your response on Garys review.How dare you say that you called us, wow that is so untrue. You didnt call, you didnt leave a voice-mail and we called you at 5:05pm to get an eta and you know you didnt pick up or return the phone call. Bottom line is you no showed. Several of your reviews say you have a tendency of doing this and one of our neighbors said you did the same thing to them. Step up your level of professionalism. We drove home in traffic to meet you and waited around until we figured you werent coming uncool and so unprofessional Take care

Very disappointed in this company. Had an appt with them, Gabriel said put the appt between 3pm-5pm and never showed up. He also asked me to send pictures of my sink to him so he could see what the price would be and never called me back to let me know the price. Very disappointing because I left work early trying to make sure I was home for the appt
