We recently hired Masterpiece Home Builders to handle several projects in our home, including custom kitchen cabinets, primary bathroom cabinets, laundry room cabinetry, fireplace millwork, and a new stair railing. From start to finish, Jacob and his apprentice, Oscar, exceeded our expectations in every way.Jacob and Oscar were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They truly listened to our needs, worked within our budget, and brought creative ideas to the table that elevated the overall design. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in every piece of work they delivered.One of the standout aspects of working with Masterpiece Home Builders was their commitment to customer satisfaction. When a minor issue arose with our stair railing during inspection (due to a very nitpicky requirement), Jacob went above and beyond to make things right. He even came back multiple times—on his own time and at no extra charge—to ensure the work met the inspectors standards. This level of dedication and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.Jacob and his team are not only skilled artisans but also true partners in the home improvement process. They were respectful, reliable, and focused on delivering results we could be proud of. On September 5th he delivered the cabinets to my property and started doing the installation . Approximately two weeks later he brought the panels and doors and started installing them , then we realized every single panel and door was damaged such as chipping, cracks, and defected wood. When we mentioned this to him he reassured us that he can fix every single thing and we simply trusted him. As the weeks went by we realized that he was unable to fix these defected (chipped and cracked) doors and panels and he simply tried to add glue and putty to the defected items which in turn made it look 100% worse than before. We gave him a third chance and again he brought defected and damaged doors and panels. Every single item looked awful and beat up. He began to stain all the doors and panels with the damages. The color of stain he gave me was no where near the color we agreed on and everything was a different color , every door had smears and cracks and chips and was uneven. This company and the owner Yakov is simply a fraud. I had to hire someone else to come and redo the entire kitchen after he was paid more than 95% of the payment. I had to move my move in date 4 times and moved in two months later and had to live with the construction for another two months so the new company could redo everything. I would honestly never ever use this company. He also destroyed my brand new floors the brand new paint I had done as well. See attached pictures of the awful work he provided us and the headache we had to deal with due to him. I repeat do not use this fraud of a company . Be warned! Also had his employees knock on my door saying they were never paid when we have proof of the checks we paid him, so we have no choice to file a lawsuit against him.

We had the opportunity to work with Masterpiece home builders Overall, it was a very positive experience working with kobe and David Communication was excellent throughout the process. We would receive a photo, text, email and/or phone call from kobe in a timely manner. What we liked most about Masterpiece home builders was that they were transparent from the get go. We wanted someone that would be upfront which is how they operate. Upon our first meeting, Kobe spent over 90-minutes with us going over the project. Of course, other hiccups came up along the way, however, they were taken care of. The final product is gorgeous. Their work is exemplary. We highly recommend Masterpiece home builders for anyone looking to remodel their home.

Working with Jacob the manager was great he did an amazing job working on my home and drawing up the blue prints and making a plan. Very happy with all the work that was done.
