Richard is professional, explains his work in a calm and patient manner, and recommends the best course of action before executing flawlessly on the work. He has installed a new water heater and added a loop to the pipes. I now get hot water in 10 seconds instead of 2 minutes! His prices were competitive for the work done. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I came home after 3 months away to my bathroom just being a mess. Richard fixed my shower valve (it works smoother than it ever has), threw in improving my shower head water flow for no extra charge, he fixed my leaking toilet, AND fixed the undercarriage of the sink that had spewed gunk everywhere while I was gone. He was informative, fast, fair priced, and cleary just experienced and at the top of his game. He’s now saved in my contacts, he’s my guy.

I originally used Richard for some toilet plumbing issues, which he helped resolve on a timely basis and was very professional. In the middle of the evening recently, my wall pipes started humming like a banshee and the only way to stop it, was to leave a spigot on. I contacted Richard very early the next morning and he responded quickly and he was at the house within an hour. He determined what the issue was, but needed a part. Within an hour, he had it and contacted me that he was on his way back to install. When he got to the house, there was a massive rain storm. The area he had to work was right under an eave that poured water on him. During the entire storm, he worked on the problem and solved it before the weather let up. Pure dedication and professionalism! Very happy with the work and will use Richard again!

What an easy thing. Richard showed up, fixed my sink, explained things to me. And was a real delight about it. Ill definitely have him back the next time this ancient building needs something.

Richard helped us out on a Saturday which is almost unheard of for plumbers. He was here about an hour and was able to diagnose and repair the fault hose. He made a few suggestions on how to better our plumbing and seems like an honest guy. I really appreciate that even more in 2024. Thank you!

On a Sunday night we were in our yard and noticed that a pipe on the exterior of our house had sprung a leak. I immediately panicked and googled a 24 hour plumbing service. The first service went to voicemail, but thank god it did because then I called Richard. Richard was there in under an hour and saved the day! When speaking with Richard, I immediately felt that he was a capable and trustworthy person, and my instinct was right. He solved the leaking pipe quickly and we will be using his services again!

The old plumbing in my apartment has so many stupid twists and turns and he was able to still clear it. Its running better than it ever has in the 10 years Ive lived here. The water heater was leaking and the water was draining into a sump pump that broke down. Apparently the Sewer was backed up with tree roots. Richard is the best Plumber and Plumbing Contractor that I have ever meet. He is very knowledgeable about the Sewer and Plumbing code. I would recommend him to everyone.

Richard came out on the Fourth of July and only charged $59.00 to clear a bad blockage in my main sewer line. He was very knowledgable and courteous. I highly, highly recommend him. Please call Richard and get the job done right. I am in awe that he came out on a holiday and charged such a fair price.

I could not have had a more positive experience. We had a plumbing emergency, which 2 other plumbers could not solve. We called Richard, and he showed up within an hour and fixed the problem, and ended up charging much less than the other the other 2. I would also add that while another plumber tried to move me into a much more costly and destructive solution, Richard quickly dismissed that option and came up with a much better way of solving the problem. Hands down I would go with this plumber.
