True Rooter & Plumbing

I was referred to True Rooter & Plumbing by a friend and have used them twice this year. First was to camera, jet and clear a sewer line. Second was to repair a broken underground domestic water line. They have been exceptional and I will definitely continue to reach out to them for any plumbing needs in the future. The owner, Miguel is very experienced, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. Tony, who repaired the underground domestic water line was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way and that I was happy with the work. High level of customer service with everyone that I have interacted with. Highly recommend.

Took them 6 days to tell me that they cant do business a certain way,I needed them to provide me with an estimate for re-rout some plumbing.Im a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customers propertyDanial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If Im not there!, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate!I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow!you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back!Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so Im the one responsible for the job if you messed upit shouldnt have took you 6 days to tell me you dont work with general contractors!you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days!very unprofessional people and time wastersI dont know about there work but I would never trust anyone to do good work if they are unprofessional like that!!!!!

Ive been using this plumbing firm for many years now with many of my properties. They are always very professional and reasonable. So they became my go to plumber for any service call I get from tenants.

I was told to use True Rooter Plumbing by a family member who is a contractor. He has used Miguel often for his own house projects.I called and found them very helpful and mindful to protect my kitchen cabinets as they analyzed how to fix a water leak while taking care of the integrity of the rest of my kitchen.The technician was John as he worked very hard all day to get the new plumbing in and the new fixtures while explaining why he was doing it the way he was doing it.A great experience and I give this company five stars for their plumbing skills for me here over in Torrance..

Very knowledgeable and at a fair price had a major plumbing repair and the owner miguel contacted me and explained in detail exactly how and why the repair would work, he kept me informed during entire process with updates

Truly the best plumbing service in the south bay! I was incredibly satisfied with the punctuality, professionalism and quality of service! Technician Roque went above and beyond and fixing several other small things while informing us about each step in the process. I appreciated not only the money this saved us, but the time he took to explain everything to us.

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they dont believe in returning phone calls. I guess they dont need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.
