Avi is an experienced builder, and he knew what he was doing in all aspects of our jobs. His workers were all very friendly, courteous, and hard workers. His crew were talented carpenter/worker who took a lot of care in what they did, a real craftsman’s. All the work they did was done very well, and care was taken in all details of the job. We were very satisfied with all their work. it was actually less than the estimates how often does that happen? I totally recommend him and his crew without qualification and wont hesitate to hire him for any future projects as needed.

The team was able to finish the project in the stated time and within budget. Project manager did a very good job putting together a design that looks great. Very happy with the quality of work and the attention to detail The technicians were all very professional and polite. They were very accommodating with a couple of change orders that were made too!

As a part of our contractor evaluation for our kitchen/bath remodel, we used google to find several professionals and met Avi from Green Works Construction. From the initial evaluation to the point we made our selection, Avi was amazing to work with. He was prompt to meetings and responsive to all of our questions. He went thru all of the meticulous details with us, answering all of our questions, offering ideas, giving us options to consider. We had a tough decision between 2 firms and it was in incredibly tough decision but we are happy we chose to go with Avi. He did not disappointed us. He was able to meet the projects completion schedule and we finished the project on time! We would not hesitate to work with Green Works Construction & Design again.

They replaced both baths in my home as well as removed an aged shower stall. David was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He walked us through the process before and during, and followed up after. The crew did a great job with the installations - professional with attention to detail. Definitely recommended.

The project manager was Itay Farber at Green Works Construction and I was happy to work with him and his team. Itay was very detailed oriented, professional, prompt and pleasant to work with. I remodeled 4 bathrooms and his team did a great job, cleaned up the job site daily and respectful of my property. Itay assisted with the design of the project, choosing fixtures, flooring, cabinets, paint, etc. The job took about 5 months, and we did have some delays but this was during COVID and they were very COVID conscious. After the project was completed, they were also very good with the follow up, very pleased with the attention to detail. GreenWorks contract was expensive, but the quality, timeliness of completion of the project was worth the cost. I highly recommend GreenWorks.

He has an entire process, letting you know what he needs from you and when, and (COVID notwithstanding) can give you a good estimate on when the job will be done. We were looking to remodel our kitchen, which consisted of knocking down an office size room with a tiny rv size bathroom and getting ride of old cabinets from the 50s that had about 100 coats of paint, to expanding our kitchen with an island. Everything was very outdated in the home we purchased. When people come to our home, nobody believes us when we explain to them there used to be a room where they were standing. Everyone is in love with our beautiful kitchen, and to me the kitchen is the heart of the home.

Its taken me a minute to write this, but it feels irresponsible not to report on how incompetent this company is. We hired them a year ago to turn our garage into an ADU. A simple plan and job with an estimated complete timeframe of 3-4 months. This was about 300 square feet. It took 8.5 months! Most things needed to be redone -- electrical done wrong, cabinets, floor boards, light placement, the walls arent smooth, the concrete outside already cracked, they put the locks on the door so it didnt match up and then chiseled new holes and patched others in our brand new doors. Everything is just patched over messes with mismatched paint. Im pretty sure they hired people from Home Depot every day -- if they came at all. I was pregnant and this was promised to me to be finished on time, not only was it delayed, but it was like no one was in charge or ever did proper construction. I renovated an entire house in less time. Whatever horror stories or nightmares you have about getting ripped off by a construction project this company did to me. Oh, and of course over budget. Run, dont walk. They are excellent salesman, terrible construction.

We completely renovation my 2 bedrooms. Everything was removed from flooring walls kitchen bathroom walk in closet. The outcome was outstanding. I couldnt believe how great everything turned out.. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO HIRE. In 2021, we hired a company to design and build an outdoor kitchen, which included the remodeling of a carport and construction of a concrete area for a fire pit. It required two gas lines, water, electrical, tile work, wall veneer, and the installation of a grill, a fridge, and an icemaker. They did the initial designs and everything that followed was a disaster – they were slow, and sometimes altogether unresponsive. We broke ties with them in 2022 and found Greenworks. The difference was night and day. We called Greenworks on a Thursday, and they came to our home that Saturday. Tal was amazing. He clearly knew what he was doing and had lots of ideas that improved upon our initial designs. He created a text chain that included my husband and me, and asked us to text him anytime with questions. (And when we did, he responded right away.) Within days we had an estimate, which was very reasonable. We hired them and they started a week later. Our onsite project manager was Enrique, who is a total pro. Here’s the thing to know – this company moves fast! All of the delays you hear about with construction and contractors in Los Angeles does not apply to Greenworks. Their team showed up every business day like clockwork, and each day we saw significant progress. When we made a few additional requests that were not part of the original plan, they were very flexible and did not charge us more. And they have some real talent – the guy who created our custom granite BBQ countertop is an artist, and the work is beautiful. Bottom line, we are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I reached out to many contractors and Itai was the first to reach back to me. We talked on the phone, I can tell he is a true professional and cares about his clients and wants to provide the best service. If we move forward with our project I will be contacting him. Thank you!
