This plumbing company is extremely knowledgeable and always honest. This is my second time using them, and they have been very professional and helpful both times. The plumber showed up within an hour of my call for a non-urgent issue. They are definitely my go to plumbing company. Highly recommended!

Ricardo was excellent. Before he began work, he reviewed the faucet and garbage disposal that we had previously purchased to make sure everything would fit. And he gave us recommendations for things for the future. Everything he installed works fine and no leaks. We would definitely use him again!

Ricardo Ponza was the service technician who did a great job fixing a gas line leak in my house. The leak was located close to the meter and after he evaluated the issue he explained me clearly how he was going to tackle down the problem. About a couple of hours later the repair was complete. Payless 4 Plumbing will be the first to call if I need a plumber in the future. Thank you Ricardo for a well done job!

This is a great plumbing company Ive used for 3 years plus. I love that a live person answers whenever I call. I also love that they schedule right away without undue delay. All of their staff are courteous and helpful. Ive also found them to be reasonably priced compared to other bids and they use quality materials. From good experience, I ask for Mike to do my work. He is expert at welding and does all plumbing repairs professionally. He answers questions nicely and is conscientious in his work which is completed timely. Ive never had to call back to have him come again to refix something he fixed. He does it right the first time. I also recommend George for water heater work. Both of these technicians are pleasant even when working in unpleasant environmental conditions. The technicians arrive on time and sometimes even a few minutes early! So if you need reliable, professional plumbing services, give this company a call.

Our Office Restroom Clogged we needed emergency service they came within an hour. Not your Ordinary Plumbers, they come clean and well mannered, the girls at the office where flustered to say the least. They came in gave me a diagnosis of what was wrong and gave me the exact amount it was going to cost us. Once the job was done they cleaned up, and left the restroom like new. No hidden fees, No sales man trying to sale you something you dont need. Just straight up good Plumbers. I would recommend Payless to all. Ask for Mathew or Philop fine gentlemen

2 plumbers from this company came. 1st quoted $4800. 2nd plumber told me hed do the job for $2500 cash. Rushed job before insurance adjuster could look at problem (busted water pipe). Should have cost no more than $600. No cleanup, no invoice, no refund. Expensive and cruel lesson learned. Is this elder abuse?

Bobby is all responsive until after you pay him cash then he stops responding to you. Paid him $3000 for a simple repair that took him less than a minute of slipping a sleeve in the pipe that I could do myself for only less than $5 in parts...

Put some potato skins down my garbage disposal and clogged it up. Called them and they came out and fixed it, it was really easy. I could of did it myself if I would of known how lol. Oh well it was a learning experience and now I know what to do for next time, but anyway they are a good company.

Ill trust the people in front of Home Depot any day, my grandmother was scammed over $4000 from them for a $20 dollar fix, her water pipe broke in her backyard and they brought a City Inspector to approve the EXSTENSIVE damage repair... Come to find out it was the owner in a stupid looking hat, isnt that illegal ?

I was having trouble with my water heater and called to get an estimate. The person on the phone was courteous and had Ricardo (plumber/technician) come out and look at the water heater. Ricardo was very professional and courteous as well. He was able to provide an estimate. Even though I decided to DIY it, I gave them 5-stars for their professionalism, courteousness and punctuality.

Im only giving 2 stars based on the previous service call I made where they were successful in the task we called them out for. The most recent service call was unsuccessful and extremely disappointing. I dont know which tech came out because I was on travel. But the tech was either incompetent or negligent or just flat out didnt care. Any of those options are inexcusable. Wont be doing business with them in the future. I intended to give them chance correct the situation but I was told they couldnt be there until Monday (called Saturday morning). I had an active black water sewer flow and could wait that long.

Tito, especially Tio, and helpers were excellent! They were very professional in explaining the steps taken in putting in my shower, replacing the pipes under my house, fixing my sinks, repairing a leaky faucet outside my house and giving me suggestions on long term maintenance so that the new installation of my washer and dryer will work efficiently over time.I really appreciate the care Tito took in explaining the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning and the steps he took to make certain that the apparatus connected to the dryer extended outside my house barring against any potential mishaps.Tito also reminded me of the wall under the sink that needed to be finished and that one of his colleagues will be coming to complete the job.Tito is very trustworthy and anyone who has the fortune to have him and his colleagues work for them will discover that all I have said is true!!Because of the four different handymen who did not finish the jobs and stole from me, I went without amenities, that Tito and his assistants corrected in less than three days, for over two years! Our galvanized pipes were the original when the house was built in 1950. They had corroded and leaked creating a huge problem under the house. We selected Payless 4 Plumbing to take on the job. Their estimate was lower than the other plumbers estimates we received and they were local. We found the company and the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and workable. Tito, Dylan and Phillip came out to complete the job right away and explained every detail to us with photos to back up their work. It was a pleasure dealing with the company and I would recommend them. They also repaired a few items all on their own that werent part of the estimate and we appreciated all they did.

I had busted water line under my house that I was not aware of and had been leaking for sometime. I called local handyman plumber and he gave me all kinds of reasons why it was tough and was going to be difficult to repair.so I called pay4less and he did agree it was tough but technician got right under house and took care of it in no time . Good price too! Pay4 Less also has restoration crew to come in and fix damage as well. I will be calling them back again

I called Payless for Plumbing to Service my sinks all of them were backed up. My house is80 years old I have galvanized pipe. Over the years all the slag build up in the pipes and Corrosion blocked the pipes. The technicianThat came out was Javier, he was very politeAnd professional.He snakes my pipes and told me , about theCorrosion and slag and that I should actuallyGet the pipes replaced because they are week and could burst. I told him I didn’t have the money for that and told me that Payless has easy financing even if you are retired. He said he would do what ever it took to get my drains going. So he snakes them out really really goodAs a result all my drains are working greatAnd I’m going to get all of them replaced in the near future.Thankyou Payless and thankyou Javier

RUN! Dont walk. RUN as far away as possible from these idiots. Lets start at the beginning. Was set to meet with Frank Beltran at 8 am. At 9:20 I left. Then I get a phone call that he had car trouble blah blah blah. Offers to camera my line for free. So I get there at 8 am the next day and he is there. Without putting a camera in the line, Frank tells me we should burst the pipe. I have a disjointed pipe under the street. He offers the pipe bursting and completely lies to me about how it is done. Tells me that the work will be done by next Thursday because he has to pull permits and get the okay from dig alert. I go home, after signing the contract, and find out he has nothing but bad reviews on yelp. I become extremely worried, but it was a lot of money so I hoped he would do the job right. I call Victorville on Monday afternoon and ask if permits were pulled. Im informed that they were not pulled and it takes the inspector roughly 48 hours to issue an engineering permit, which he will need to dig in the street. Call Frank and ask him why he hasnt pulled permits yet. He said he had to wait till he got the okay from dig alert and they have 72 hours. He will go on Wednesday to pull permits and that they are issued in 10 min. Call Frank Thursday to find out what time he was going to be at the rental property to do the work, he tells me that they havent pulled permits and that he told me they werent going to pull them till that day and do the work on Friday. I tell him no he told me today. He again says he never said that. Whatever, I just need the job done asap. There is a hole in the front of the yard that is filling up with water and the water is backing up into the house. He said he will call me once his son pulls permits that day. At 3:30 I call Victorville permits again and they inform me permits were pulled but just building and safety. NOT engineering. Frank calls me at 4:30 and says that they pulled the permits and that he will be there at 7, but because we have the hole in the yard we need permits. He says he can still do the work without it, but I will need them. I said just do the work Ill get the permits on Monday. I get a call from his receptionist at 8 the next morning. She told me she spoke with the owners and they decided that the job was too hard for them so they are going to cancel the job and just refund me my money. After a whole freaking week of absolutely EVERYTHING being the same its too hard for him. And the POS doesnt even call me himself to apologize. Now after wasting a whole week of my time I have to hire another company to do the work and they again have to wait for dig alert and pull permits. I was lucky and got my money back. Do not do any business with these idiots. All they care about is the money. And if they have to do work, forget about it.

Called for toilets not flushing on a monday night set up an appt for tues morning they sent a tech out, he ran a snake through the line said something blocking the line he would recommend a video line chk locate the septic tank dig down to it and pump out the tank, the tech Mike gave me a qoute of $475 for the job i said go ahead send the workers out in the morning, so the morning comes no workers show up i call, talk to Frank who i guess runs the septic tank dept. he tells me the qoute was to low but they will honer it, but tbe pump truck is broke down and wont be ready till next week so i betterlook for another company to do the work, this is totally bad business and i was sorry i called them and used them, they took my 140 dollars for the snake job and didnt do nothing for us but take the money... Not Right.. The reason icalled them was they were the first plumbing co. in the yellow pages big mistake, today i called All Pro Pluming way more professional and am happy with what they are going to do.... Do Not Call and use Payless 4 Plumbing they just take your money. .

Called payless 4 plumbing to come out and change out my water heater after finding out it was leaking they came out 2 hours after i called and looked at my water heater and went out got a new one and replaced it with a tankless water heater thank you robert and Joseph for coming out to fix my water heater.

Called Payless 4 Plumbing to replace a stuck washer valve. Gabriel came and fixed the problem on the spot without any charge.

Horribly dishonest. Told me that they were going to do work that they never actually did. The plumber told me that I had a burst pipe and water damage behind my shower wall. When they gave me the invoice, they had charged me $1875 for a shower valve replacement. They said they would bill my insurance but never did.

Ralph came over and was really rude - said he was in a hurry to get to chino and needed to get out of there. He pumped my septic for a couple minutes and took off without finishing the job. He left a bunch of shxt in the bottom of the tank. AVOID
