After tree roots blocked my sewer main line just before the holidays, I called Super Star Plumbing to see if they could squeeze in an emergency visit. They were friendly, professional, and thorough on the phone and got my property scheduled for service right away.While waiting for the plumbers to arrive, I received a courtesy call giving me an updated, exact ETA. Upon arrival, the plumbers dutifully double-checked my needs and the work order. They made sure to double-check if extra services were necessary and I appreciated it greatly that I was able to decline without issue, as the tree root incursion is chronic from a neighboring property’s trees (and I’ve had cameras through the lines multiple times, showing a recurrent issue. )The plumbers connected their machine to my water supply and hydroflushed the pipes thoroughly and completely. They took extra care with my property and with my sleeve-lined clay pipes. They were able to get rid of the roots and the resulting clog with ease.The plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and were very respectful. They told me the office would follow-up with an invoice, which arrived via text quickly, and the pricing I had been quoted was honored, true to their word. They were honest and reliable!!!I would not hesitate to call Super Star Plumbing again. I am going to have them back out for regular line maintenance and will definitely recommend their company to my neighbors and friends!

Reasonable prices same day service called them to check availability and within an hour they were here. Very fast and efficiently Rafael was able to unclog my tub with no issues. Thank you, super star plumbing will definitely be used in the future.

Was in desperate situation today, on a Sunday, of course! Miguel took my call immediately, and sent Rafael to resolve issue. Rafael worked VERY hard, he is definitely not afraid to get dirty, and went the extra mile doing very physical labor to make sure the problem was fixed, thank you both!!

Super Star Plumbing is the company to call right when you need them!! They have snaked our drain when the toilet backed up which was 11 pm and it was very reasonably priced!! They just left today to install a new water heater!! They are the company to call for all your plumbing needs😁

Awesome and up front pricing! Tenant had a clogged drain and I wasn’t nearby. Called these guys and the handled it same day no problem. Accepted quick payment and even fixed the tenants door knob for free!!! I would Recomend!
