Dan and the team did an excellent job with our remodeling project. The project was long over due for a remodel. Our first Meeting with Dan and Jon went well, they did a terrific job explaining the process as well as the timeline to completion.Dan also took us to his Tile Supplier where we received the tile for the contractor prices. Saved big here.Over all. We High recommend Restaurant Renovations , the teams were very respectful, kept clean and kept their word when it came to the Job completion date.High recommended! We were looking for a contractor to do a retrofit on a 12 unit apartment complex located on Brockton in West Los Angeles. Dan and Jeanette did an excellent job on the build out, and took us all the way through final inspection. He was extremely mindful of the tenants who resided in our building which was something you don’t find often. The overall job was very professional and I felt very comfortable the whole way. If anyone is looking to do any commercial development I highly recommend restaurant renovations. It was a pleasure working with you guys. Thank you

My story starts with a fire at a restaurant that was built before 1969. When you have a building this old you are bound to have issues.I interviewed a handful of contractors and decided to go with the one that the insurance company recommended. I signed a contract with them and they started working on plans for the health dept. After 2 and a half weeks, they met up with me and told me that the scope of the project would be at least 6 months and more likely be 9 months to a year. This time line did not sit well with me because we had employees who were dependent on our restaurant for their livelihood. They released me from my contract and told me that they could not finish any faster. I just wasted 3 weeks since the fire.I started interviewing contractors again and all the contractors said the same thing 6 months to a year. My wife said why dont you look into a restaurant specialist. I looked up restaurant renovations on yelp and contacted Dan. He said he was working on a project in West Hollywood but could meet up with me the next day. He came with Jeanette and they told me that they could finish in 2 months.Wait What just happened!!!! This timeline was to good to be true. After a lot of sleepless nights, they got the job done and got the health dept to approve us. What a miracle!!! Couldnt be happier.For each hurdle that we had, I doubted them. They proved me wrong and came through each time. At the end of the project, I trusted them to take care of everything. When other contractors said it would take them a year, they finished in 2 and a half months. If things look bleak- give them a try... they have the answers. They constantly told me, we will look out for you and they did. I would trust them with future endeavors. Thank you Jeanette and Dan- you guys are really special people who perform miracles!!!

I had a great experience working with these guys. They have an incredible team of professionals skilled in their craft. They were timely and very responsive to any concerns I had, and were creative and solution oriented. Above all, they cared and were transparent throughout the entire process. Dan and Jeanette were the contractors for The Garden at Tom Tom in West Hollywood and being part of the management team there, I must say their professionalism and timely manner from which they completed the project is short from incredible. They were hands-on and on site to answer any questions in hand. After hours communication and response was also one of the best traits about this team. These guys were fantastic. Ive been in the restaurant business for 35 years and have had plenty of bad experiences with Contractors and construction. Dan and his team were consummate professionals, finished the job on time and their work was clean and precise. Dan was on the job site EVERY DAY until completion. Highly recommend

The Restaurant Renovators team are helping with my current remodel and I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a buildout or renovation/upgrade service to any space whether it be new construction, additions, or a complete remodel. They showed up to our consult and listened to exactly what I am hoping for but also added comments and ideas that I didn’t even think of. They are prepared and organized in taking measurements. I don’t have any idea about the process of any of this and they are two steps ahead which makes me feel so much better because they foresee what needs to happen in addition to my own ideas and expectations. I am so excited to work with them on this project and to be honest I will be using them for my future renovations on the apartment complex I’m purchasing which will be the largest scale project I’ve done but I know I’m in very good hands because of them. I’m the restaurant owner of a small Italian restaurant called Funculo located in 724 s spring st, downtown Los Angeles. Dan and his team built Funculo in 3 months which was the first completed out of 8 restaurants in the food hall. Dan was precise, pulled permits, on time to work every day, and was available to answer all phone calls and questions. I highly recommend him and his team any day.

I have been in the process of converting a snack shop in Santa Monica into a coffee shop since 2018. I went through many obstacles trying to get things going, and when I found Restaurant Renovations in August 2020, everything finally started to gain traction and streamline into completion.Jeanette and Dan have been nothing but helpful from start to finish, and they still keep in touch until this day to make sure everything is operating as it should. This is my first business, and they were knowledgeable enough to walk me through all the nuances that came throughout the process. Every time I had a question or request, their response time was pretty much always immediate. It was difficult for me to be available most days of the construction, but I could always count on them to be on site for me.They have a very solid team, who not only knows what they are doing, but also have good taste in decor. When we first met in August, they took me around to see some of their other projects, and they were all exceptionally done.I am very happy with how my shop turned out, and I would gladly work with Restaurant Renovations on my future projects.

I was introduced to Dan a few years back when I opened up my first restaurant in downtown la. D-town burger was/is a hit in the neighborhood due to the incredible work and layout that RR did for us! He came in with amazing energy, was so professional and experienced. Did incredible work on the commercial Kitchen and helped with the kitchen design and table/seating layout for the restaurant itself. He provided all the equipment and was a turnkey operation. He was very responsive and always available, he took the time to walk me through my first renovation and I’m so grateful. Since then, he’s helped me open up 3 more restaurants and I highly recommend him to all my restaurant friends.

They provided finished carpentry for flower containers and furniture which I have always dreamed of having . I am so glad that I found them on google search. They did a fantastic job at repair my restaurant kitchen and restroom. New title and cove base all around. Dan come to job site everyday to check and call report process. Very on schedule and professional. The best is Dans attention to detail that he put all equipment and fixtures back to its place. The clean up team did a marvelous job as well. We will have more project to come in the future.
