Sunset West Plumbing & Rooter Inc. (Beverly Hills)

On the 23rd of February called Sunset West Plumbing; needed a new hot water heater for my sisters apartment; requested Oliver and was told Oliver would be there mid day and was guaranteed my sister would have hot water by evening of he 24th and sure enough we did. I call Sunset West for two reasons; first I can get a service call to meet my schedule and second I like Oliver because he provides professional, responsible service and I have absolute confidence in Oliver.

Great work by Oliver late on a Friday with our kids and the dog running around making a racket. Took time to properly diagnose what the issue was, explain and remedy, all while having a friendly demeanor. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend him for any work you need!

Sunset West delivers terrific service and they are very reliable! We use them for our plumbing needs and occasional emergencies.

Installation way more complicated than anticipated. He was worked thru issues efficiently and communicated well. Would def use again.

Fast service. Will schedule appointments in hour slots rather than others that make you sit at home for four hour windows. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

I called Sunset W Plumbing with a long list of big and little things that needed to be done around the house. 2 guys arrived on time, and quietly went thru the list. V polite and professional, no upselling or sandbagging. When I got the invoice I was surprised cuz I expected to pay a lot more. Totally pleased w everything.
