My air conditioner stopped working few days ago in 100F. Caliber Electric came to my place in a timely manner to check my AC. Unlike the other 2 companies that tried to overcharge me, Reza and his team are very honest and professional. Caliber Electric quickly found the issue with my wiring and repaired it when my attic temperature was above 130F or more. Caliber Electric did a very clean job and put my AC back to work on the same day. It’s very hard to find honest professionals like them these days. Thank you Caliber Electric!

I had an outlet put in my backyard and Reza provided a good quote. After they installed the new line and outlet, I asked why it wasnt run more discretely. I asked the installer if he could fix it and he said he would have to come back another day. Reza charged me more money to have him come back and fix the job to make the line more discrete while I was out on vacation. I found this frustrating because the installer could have just fixed it while he was on site.When I got back from vacation (no one had been at the house), my outlet for my washer, dryer and electric water heater was not working anymore. I called Reza to ask him if he could come out to fix it and he notified me that it would be another charge. When I explained no one had been at the house since their install and that Ive never had an issue with this outlet, he was quick to deny that the new outlet install and taking 20 amps from this outlet caused the issue. Reza incorrectly diagnosed the issue as being a bad GFCI outlet, when the issue was caused by removing 20 amps that was needed for the washer, dryer and water heater.What I thought would be a simple install of an outlet, has led to continued headaches and additional charges, in addition to being left without an hot water.

I recently had a new dishwasher installed and found electrical issues. I called several electrical companies and out of everyone Caliber was timely with communication, gave a good estimate, and was helpful for me to both be up to code and permitted. Because of this positive experience I called Caliber back with a new group of electricians for a home electrical inspection to get various quotes. Again the prices was competitive, communication was good, so I hired them again and Reza arrived on time and I had another great experience. I plan on using them again and so should you consider Caliber for your next job. I highly recommend them.
