They don’t live up to their philosophy of “honest and fair pricing.” They charged me $1250 (this is after the military discount) to replace a shower cartridge which should have cost $400 (which is on the high side). The same technician did me a “favor” and charged me $600 cash under the table to replace a shower cartridge in another bathroom. The issue is still not resolved. DO NOT SETTLE FOR ELITE ROOTER. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
