BEWARE UPDATE ON OUR REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY!Albert was great friendly did a fantastic job working on an old shower valve. Apologize for not getting the name of his supervisor who went out of his way to bring a part to Albert. Outstanding company and employees. Will highly recommend to others. UPDATE the work was completed I was not informed how the shower valve would end up working I was just showed the new handle. When completed the technician showed me the completed work. Thought it would be okay turns out we can barely pull out its so far into the wall. Had them out today to look at their work and remedy the work. The outcome was they were willing to give 50% off of the work they did yesterday. And will charged us appropriately $1,200 more for a new modern valve we explained to the company being seniors we are on a fixed income and and could not afford that they offered financing not and option right now for us.So we are stuck with several hundred dollars spent for nothing.BEWARE.Picture below.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing provides great service, and what they charge for their work is fair for the quality of work they provide. Only thing is that their after-hours answering service could use some improvement in regards to scheduling a visit. This is something, I have been told, that they are working on to improve. This is also not a deal-breaker though. I highly recommend Ace Pelizon Plumbing to anyone who needs help with any plumbing issues.

I had a plumbing issue that was giving me a headache so I gave up and called Ace Pelizon. Ive used them many times in the past and they are the only plumbers Ill call. Fernando came out and solved my problem in less time than it took for me to wander up and down the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. Well worth it! Fernando was calm, knowledgeable and professional - I will definitely request him the next time I call Ace Pelizon!

We had two bathroom sinks that were repaired the same day as our quote and Alan did both jobs so methodically and very graciously. His customer service was excellent: he was very patient with all of our questions, explaining what he was doing with the repairs, and took extra care to clean up after he was finished. We really appreciated his professionalism and for making sure that we were satisfied with both jobs. Thanks Ace & Alan! You should hire more people like Alan who care about doing a job well but also graciously!

Im a repeat customer and have had good results in the past. In this case the same technician that replaced the stems of my shower faucets returned to correct a problem with his installation. This was covered by a warranty? I still had to pay $74 for his call out? I was advised prior to callout that there would be a fee. But being charged again for a poor installation does not sound right.

I recommend Ace Pelizon Plumbing. They are technicians are very friendly and thorough and do a great job. I have been a customer for over 15 years.

The technician showed up on time on his day off. Which was very nice! He greeted us by introducing himself and had a very nice smile on his face. He listened patiently while we told him all of our issues. He took a look at things and came back and wrote up a couple different options which he went over with us and he explained them in detail. Werent willing to listen. Insisted on selling me services i had just paid for. Was the highest price by thousands of dollars. Just seemed like everything they said was reheresed and scripted. Found this company on yelp. I asked for the cost of a leak detection, but they did not state the price and insisted that their estimates were free so they sent out Alvin, a technician to my home. Alvin was great in walking me through the possibilities of leaks throughout my property, but it ultimately came down to a leak detection for $575. Alvin was great, but I must deduct stars for omitting the cost of the leak detection and the price of it. I received several other quotes for leak detections at $225 and $295

There arent too many qualified plumbers to help with septic system issues as they are tricky. Ace Pelizon was able to help me with my home and help ensure that it is working properly. They spent time investigating the details of how everything worked and stand behind their work. They didnt leave me high and dry when a small issue popped up. They came and were Amazing! We had a pipe leak from our water heater and thus a rusted gas pipe. They quickly and cleanly made the repairs. Left no sign that they were even there. Both technicians were amazing at helping us navigate our their portion of the repair so we could quickly and easily submit our claim to home owners. They made the insurance claim experience much easier because of their clear communication and reports.

First time customer. The appointment was verified the day before with a phone call and a reminder text came in the morning. Albert came out right on the dot of the opening window time to see the leak in the kitchen drain line making a large puddle under the crawlspace. He listened carefully to the history of the problem, looked above and below the floor. Albert then discussed the remedy. No, unlike other plumbers he did not want to tear out the wall!. That is why I was procrastinating on fixing this problem. Albert said he would remove the bad section and slide in replacement pipe leaving the kitchen cabinet and the exterior wall intact! Including the clean out port. Thumbs up. Albert then proceeded to do exactly what was discussed. Cleaned up everywhere he worked. Nice looking work above and below the floor. A copy if the invoice was sent via email shortly after he left. Ill be sending my next job here.

The technician that came to our home was professional and very skilled. He repaired our plugged drain and used a camera to inspect the condition of our main line. We’ll rest at night knowing that our older home is in good shape. We would never hesitate to call this company.

I purchased a toilet and needed it installed. The bathroom is upstairs. Joe came over and accessed what needed to be done. He kindly answered all my questions reassured me of my concerns. You provided a quick response to our water leak which was very much appreciated and it allowed for the work to be completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I called to have my water softener serviced. Their online advertising stated they did, but the tech they sent was said they don’t that type of work. Other than make the piping for installation. The tech was courteous and honest he could not do the service. My point in all this is, Don’t advertise something that you do not do, its a waste of your time and the customer.

Came across this business and decided to give it a try after many plumbers were not working well with our lines or finding the problem. Kevin came out way earlier than the estimated time, which was awesome, and managed to not only find the problem but was able to repair it quickly. It is a 2-day repair but he was very thorough with finding the issue and tackling it. We weren’t able to shower or do laundry without our downstairs flooding and he was able to get our water working again for the night! His cost for the repair was at a great price compared to the estimates some others had given us and like I said he fixed our problem which no other plumber had been able to do! Will definitely recommend this business to friends and family. As well as keep him on our belt for future issues!

Called Ace Pelizon after I had a terrible plumber from cruz plumbing come out to the house, and I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of the technicians that came to my home. They were met with several difficulties, but were never deterred and were able to find a solution to my issue that fit my budget. Michael responded to our hot water heater crisis quickly and offered several options to replace our unit. We chose to just repair a thermo-coupling at this time but now have several options available for a long time fix.

Joe came out and assessed a very slow leak in my garage and took time to check a variety of things before having to cut the drywall. once he cut it he found a very small pinhole leak that was hard to detect that had been going on for a while. he explained the process and charges before doing the work and the repair fees. The technician had some minor issues with my Home Depot bathroom sink faucet installation. But it was quickly resolved with the help of a 2nd technician. The technician had to return a 2nd time to resecure the hot and cold faucets and replace one feed line at no cost to me. I had a broken water pipe that was leaking a lot of water into my house. I called Ace Pelizon that night, and they sent out a technician first thing in the morning. Fernando arrived in full uniform, and he was exceptional and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and explained step by step what needed to be done. After providing the estimate, he proceeded with the repair, letting me know he would need to turn off the water to the whole house for a few hours and gave me time to set aside some water.The repair took a few hours, and after he was done, he cleaned everything up and checked all the plumbing in my house to ensure nothing else was wrong and that the faucets were working properly. I really appreciate the Ace team and Fernando for the work they did.

Very thorough job done with good communication. Repair was fairly straightforward replacement of known failed parts on a Rheem water heater but the technician was able to identify a number of other issues along with recommendations without any hard sell tactics so it came across as genuine.

I contracted with ACE PELIZON to replace the original 2” steel drain pipes under the house. After 55 years they no longer could be trusted. I was given a fair estimate and I felt that the service manager was transparent and trustworthy. Jake and Bryan showed up the next day and completed the work expeditiously and professionally. Jake the plumber they sent out to my home was the kindest, most professional person who weve ever had in our home. He was so polite and very reassuring that we didnt ruin everything we touched. He had a firm grasp as to the problem, showed us the gunk build up he took from the pipes and put a new garbage disposal in for us and when he left I swear my kitchen was cleaner than when he got there. I would use Ace Pelizon again and would hope they would send out the same gentleman that called on us today. There work was guaranteed and I received a copy of the receipt on line before he even left the yard. The receipt was the best I had ever seen making sure every remark he or I had made was included. I had a major line blockage on a commercial property. The crew took most of the day to make sure they had it cleared. They were able to determine how the line ran and What was causing the issue. Very helpful.

Service was quick and thorough. Acxel and Micheal came up and ended having to replace the garage disposal. Axcel was quick and detailed in his work.

Mr. Salas was very friendly and efficient. Was able to resolve my flushing malfunction without having to replace my toilet ! Mr. Salas stated Ill have plenty of flushes without any problems however advised me to replace my toilet since its an older model. Thank you Mr. Salas for your excellent service ! I had Fernando from Ace Pelizon out today to fix a leak and the service was fantastic!

Beware of Ace Pelizon Plumbing.I would avoid Ace Pelizon Plumbing at all costs. They should not be a certified technician on Rheems website. They may be nice individuals, but they lack the experience to truly troubleshoot a water heater issue.I had a water heater issue where the pilot kept going out. I explained all the issues and all the tests I had performed myself. They sent Albert out to do a diagnostic which had a cost of $79. Alberts diagnostic consisted of lighting the pilot, watching it go out and seeing water at the base of the heater. Thats it. Everything I told them prior to them coming.He then gave me two options. To replace the gas valve for $850 or the entire water heater for $3,000 or $3,600 (depending on the warranty). There was no check to see if the thermopile or assembly was bad with a multimeter to rule that out or any other tests. Because that was overpriced with not enough proof of the issue, I declined the service but still had to pay $79 for a diagnosis lacking any real tests for failure. It was a waste of my time and they pocketed $79 for a lazy job.I called a second plumber the same day and he tested the thermopile with a multimeter, the gas valve, and realized the pilot going out was a result a water leak at the drain valve allowing water to pool at the bottom not allowing air into the system which is why the system kept shutting off. Not the gas valve or the entire unit going bad. He drained the water heater, resealed the drain valve with a copper fitting, cleared the water pooled at the bottom and started the unit up same day. I paid under $300.Ace Pelizon will rip you off if you let them. I asked for a $79 refund due to the lacking diagnosis to avoid this review and I never received a call which is why I had to submit this review. They are not worth your time. Only use them if you are ready to spend $$$$ for unnecessary services.

Ace came out gave a fair estimate and completed the work in the time frame described. They have been doing our plumbing for years. Great company.

We have had very positive experiences with the plumbers. They are always professional.

This is my fourth Pelizon job. I requested and got Albert and he replaced my garbage disposal quickly. Pelizon has a membership program that give certain benefits including a discount on every service. I was offered the membership when I scheduled the service, but wanted to wait until I had a chance to talke to Albert. After the service was completed I signed up for the membership and received the discount even though I didnt sign up until after the service was completed. Its $19.99/month and I saved $83 on the service, so Ill post again when I use the other benefits.

I just want to thank Fernando and his team for replacing broken and rusted water pipes under our house. We had our main bathroom backing up and Fernando and his team came the same day, and were kind and professional. It took three days to repair and replace the pipes due to the age of our home. They worked long and hard and everything was fixed and is working beautifully. They are great and I give them a 10 out of 10 rating!!

From the reps over the phone to the plumber in person this was a great service experience. They recognized I was coordinating on behalf of my Spanish speaking mother and requested a Spanish speaking plumber for the added benefit. STAY AWAY!My water heater needs a burner assembly replacement. I found this plumbing on Rheem’s website as a local certified technician and scheduled an appointment.They called on the day of the appointment stating the technician had an emergency and had to cancel. I have an infant baby at home and told them when I scheduled the appointment. And we are 3 days without hot water at this point.When I asked for a quote over the phone, no one could tell me for this straight forward job. They run through a call center and no one is at the office.The worst part is that, you can just sense the people who are customer facing just don’t care. They have no empathy and no system to provide their customer decent services.This did not feel right and I canceled the appointment and went with someone else. I am sure they did not care about losing a small job like this, but it says a lot about this company.For your own sake, there are a ton of plumbers out there that care about their customers.

Team members were nice didn’t have an affordable option, although I asked specifically for a price range over the phone. They seemed to quote whatever their tablet said so I was surprised that technology was not available in the office. I understand business is business but this completely the opposite of the marketing copy on their website that I responded to.

I said no as I paid so much already for clearing the sewer/drain which did not help. Tech was also messy. I had to get my bathroom thoroughly cleaned.

I would never call them again. We called them about a year ago when the sewer line to the house wed just moved into days before got blocked and water started backing into the downstairs bathroom. They came in an emergency and we were relieved at the time, although a bit surprised at the price of just taking a look with the camera, let alone the other services. We hadnt found a plumber in the area yet who could give us a gauge on whether were getting ripped off, and were inexperienced as we were renters prior.The work was fine - they did fix the immediate problem we actually called for and did good work. The problem was the shadiness. Main guy fixed other stuff in the house w/o permission before we could catch him and charged hundreds of dollars - stuff thats a fraction of the cost with someone else. The other guy was about to start on another $500 thing, but we did manage to stop him - another thing thats normally a fraction of the cost. Then the dude started quoting $900 to replace a toilet with another basic toilet that functions fine to this day - but regardless is also yet again a thing thats a fraction of the cost with someone else.The kicker was sitting in our kitchen quoting another $12-15k to tear apart the concrete steps in the front yard to fully replace the sewer pipe because just snaking could lead to a backup again like next month and its not possible to go through the side. He called us uninformed home buyers and scared us into thinking the previous owner must have violated their legal agreement to disclose known issues with the house. Thats how dire they represented the circumstances.Needless to say we got a second opinion on the more major stuff. None of that was actually a dire emergency - it should be done but definitely not at that price and not by having to bust through the concrete steps. We had the line scoped again today by a company that did not charge over $400 just for the camera, but included it in the cost of service. Everything continues to be fine a year later.
