I spoke on the phone to make an appointment and said I only had a basic positive mold test and needed another one as well as an estimate on some damage, they told me it would be $250, which was fine as they were doing a mold test on top of the estimate. I got 3 other estimates without a mold test and they charged $0. Unpaid while on the phone making the appointment.They came out and told me the mold test was not included. I was a bit annoyed but whatever. Wouldnt give me an estimate until I got a mold test. So $250 for nothing. Wrote it off, no big deal. Now they are emailing me every three days telling me to pay them the $250 I already paid them for the service they did not do. At a bit of a loss. Poor communication, poor service, and harassment for more money. I do not recommend them in any.Three other places were communicative, fast, and effective and am already moving ahead. Dont buy their shiny advertising, they are phoning it in it seems, plenty of good local services to use instead!
