Our water heater needed servicing.Although service technician was delayed, the company kept us updated every 30 min. Our service person Joseph, arrived and was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed our issue. No frills, just straight up with the problem. He did not have the part to immediately do the work; but returned quickly and finished quickly. Your team, Joseph and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation of pipe replacement underneath our house. Not to exclude replacing fixture pipes from water heater, toilets, faucets and showers. Also, they worked well into the late evening and made sure that we had water running before they quit for the night. Woke up July 4th to no hot water and a water heater leak. Noah came out within the hour. He was friendly and professional and even though there were multiple things wrong he fixed them all, allowing me to hold on to my current water heater.

Called Roto Rooter over the Memorial Day holiday weekend for a blown Water Heater ... they arrived within an hour. Fixed the issue immediately. Fantastic service.

Noah and Alex were extremely helpful getting to the root of our problem. No pun intended here, they found literal tree roots growing in our pipes which likely caused a blockage. That resulted in our bathroom flooding. We know the issue and we will go from here to find a permanent solution thanks to these two!

My kitchen faucet suddenly decided to malfunction big time and started spraying water full force after the handle broke! After calling three other emergency plumbing places (all of who could not get to me for at least three hours) I called Roto Rooter and within just over an hour, Ignacio arrived and manged to get the water turned off! However, the part he needed was not available until early tomorrow morning, when he returned at 0815 and within one hour, manage to completely fix the faucet and get the water pressure back to normal! This gentleman is the real deal in his professionalism and skills. I am going to recommend him to any of my friends and neighbors who have plumbing problems. He will not steer you wrong!

George was the technician who came out to help unclog the toilets which were dripping down to the ceiling of my 2nd floor guest bathroom and the 2nd floor CR down to the neighbor’s CR below and he worked with me re pricing honoring the quote even the next day when I called him back to do the job and worked hard and unrelentingly until he was able to fix the problem and unclogged and removed the offending wipes that blocked the pipes. He did a fantastic job and was very nice and patient with me even when I turned him away the first night. Glad George was the one who came to do the job the other plumber couldn’t!

I had a really great first experience with Roto Rooter. Neftali was our technician and he came to our home same-day and quickly knocked out a clog we had in one of our drain pipes. He was very professional, got the job done, and left everything clean upon exit. Will call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

I was very pleased with how quickly Roto Rooter responded to our issue and didnt charge extra for a Sunday. They explained everything that was happening and were very kind.

Never again! Charged me $550 and didn’t even fix the problem. Also tried to get me to spend 2k to fix the issue but luckily I got a second opinion. Next day I called another plumber and he charged $400 for the same thing. You guys are the new Robin Hood

I called and they arrived within the hour. Raphael and Albert were very helpful and worked hard to solve the plumbing issue with the toilet. Very pleasant to work with and they showed they really cared.

They didnt shown up at all the first time I called so we rescheduled. When they came again, the plummer Jose Lopez disconnected and capped my water filter which was not the problem. He also did not fix the leak from the refrigerator line, but instead pulled it out and capped it and then charged me $425. This is basically robbery at its highest level. It should be called Roto-Robber.

They charge arm and leg but they don’t fix the problem.When I called back to fix what they said it was fixed, they wanna charge again.Asked for a manager, they said there’s no available manager.I had to wait few days after the manager called.Very unprofessional.They don’t even deserve a one star.

The main line to our house was clogged and backing up sewage water into our shower. Luckily, Roto-Rooter was able to come out and locate the issue. The next day, Bobby, Joe, and Ismael came out to begin fixing the issue for us. They also installed a clean out which is going to be so helpful for future plumbing problems if they arise. They were professional, hard working, and communicated with us every step of the way!

Don was so awesome. Our location and setup involved carrying heavy equipment up several stairs, and he did it without hesitation. We have used Roto Rooter several times at multiple properties, and they always make the process simple an consistent. It is much appreciated during a time of plumbing issues. Guillermo is an absolute angel from heaven who was incredibly nice and super professional. He was thoughtful and transparent regarding pricing before he started the work. 24 hour on call service is amaaazing. I had a plumbing issue late in the evening and they had a tech at my house within an hour. Brooks was extremely informative and took the time to answer my hundreds of questions about the septic tank system we have. He tried the lower cost solutions first to try to help me save money which was really nice. I have used many other plumbing companies and this one was by far the best all around experience.

David the technician came over to replace a door long pipe. Took a visual look at it and said labor plus parts $249. He was done in 5 minutes. Acts like the person whom he isn’t interacting with is ignorant. I asked him if it’s still $249. He said yes because of parts. I told him the parts would be $30 tops. He said whether he works for an hour or less it’s the same rate. Has an attitude too. Told him to specific on the paperwork there is a year warranty and he snatched the paper wrote down one year warranty and signed the document where I WAS SUPPOSED TO SIGN!!! Do not do business with this company.

We were helped by Ian in the Bellflower area. He was punctual, professional, and polite. He explained what he was doing and worked extremely hard to fix our clogged kitchen sink and leak without having to replace piping. We were already struggling with a personal issue at the time and he helped alleviate the added stress a little bit.

Brooks was our plumber and he is a great example of excellent customer service and professionalism. He explained clearly East was wrong and took care of our drain clog right away. He is rare compared to other technicians we experienced through Sears. He was honest and fair. I would use Roto Rooter again because of Brooks.

Our tub was clogged, I called roto rooter because they are 24/7 (it was 9:45 pm) it was a free estimate to come check the situation. Marvil showed up at 10:15. he quickly figured out the problem !!! I was in the shower by 11!!! Very happy with service! It was definitely fair priced!!!

This was the second time in a month I needed an urgent plumbing repair and Roto-Rooter delivered! The techs leave their contact info so I called the first one when I discovered a leak in a pipe leading from under my house to outside spigots and sprinklers. He was busy but he found an available colleague who was here within the hour. We are relatively new owners so I had to rely on tech to figure out the problem without either of us knowing the house.Guillermo quickly identified the issue and offered a solution that minimized disruption and assured long-term reliability. The labor rate is not inexpensive, but I had a complete estimate in advance and appreciate that Guillermo undertook the job and committed not to leave until it was finished. As with our previous repair, tech was careful to minimize hours by, e.g., not charging for time needed to get additional parts. Its always a pain to fix urgent plumbing issues, but knowing these guys will respond quickly, efficiently and fairly is a big relief!

I was not getting hot water in my shower Arturo was very helpful and said it was the shower faust was starting to break down and suggested to get new fausts for both bathrooms. Ian came out and was beyond helpful. We needed to unclog a kitchen sink. He not only cleared it, but also realized that our clog may effect condo units below us.
