Very pleasant experience. They have an office that handles all the communication and organizes the electricians coming. They also set up the inspection with DBS themselves. It was super stress-free!

We used Penna to replace our electrical sub-panel. The techs were friendly and knowledgable, and the work was completed for the quoted cost. Todd, the company president was on-site for the final inspection and graciously spent a few extra minutes to show me how I could repair a minor semi-electrical issue, saving me the cost of hiring a technician. I will be using Penna for all my future electrical needs.

We are an auto body shop in Hawthorne and had our compressor go out. Throwing the breaker only made it go out quicker. I called everyone I knew but no one called back. I was referred to Penna and 3 hours later wires were repaired, breaker replaced and we were back in business. Totally reliable and professional and they will be my first and only call next time

We found out we had two circuits that were interconnected somewhere in our walls, causing issues. I contacted Penna to see if they could diagnose where the issue was and correct it. While it took about 4 months to get an appointment, it was worth the wait. Penna came out, diagnosed the problem, found the interconnected wires, and fixed everything in 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. I had previously had another electrician company out, and they couldn’t find the problem, so I knew I needed someone who was really knowledgeable and good at diagnostic work. Penna’s two electricians were knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the issue in no time.
