American AC Heat Plumbing technicians are so great. Johnathan Salazar and his sidekick, did a very thorough 19 pt. inspection on our two large and one smaller heaters and replaced all our filters. He fully reported his finding back to us before leaving. Great to work with both of the guys, very professional, neat, clean and thorough? Very happy with all the staff weve met.

Excellent service overall. They arrived on time and went to work immediately. Finished when they said they would. They explained an issue with my furnace but did not pressure me to sign up for more expensive work.I recommend American AC.

I requested a tuneup for two of my furnaces and a diagnostic service for my third furnace, all in the attic. The two furnace tuneups seemed to go well. The third furnace had a disconnect of the duct work from the furnace. He pushed it back on, said it likely would not stay on for good. The quote to secure it permanently was about $500. Not sure what the repair would entail. I was charged only $99 for diagnosing the disconnect and pushing it back together. My low rating is for the quoted cost of repairing it. It fell apart again in two days. It fixed it with a couple self tapping sheet metal screws and HVAC foil duct tape. Took me about an hour as it was in an awkward spot. Foil duct tape was about $30 a roll and I used about 1/10 of the roll.My technician was on time, well spoken, and efficient.

Reached out to American AC Heat Plumbing for a long overdue check-up of what we just found out is a 17 year old system. 😳😅 We took advantage of their Rejuvenation Service offer for $129.00.In the last couple of months, we’ve noticed a marked increase in a humming sound when the AC came on, similar to what a struggling old car sound would make. In addition, we noted that the air wasn’t as cold as it used to be.Brent came by who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He checked both units inside and outside the house, and not only showed and explained to us in real time what the issues were, but gave us options on what we could do without feeling pressured into doing something. Unfortunately, for us, it was a freon leak at the infamous coils that were showing rust, an inevitable sign of the end. ☹️😞 Considering the age of our unit, effects of R22 freon on our ozone, we had it sealed, hoping & praying that it can buy us a little time until we can financially afford a new one. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Soon after this was done, we noticed a change in the coolness of our home, but the humming remained. Of note, the motors and blower were changed a few years ago, which could be running at a higher speed, taxing the system and causing the humming sound.🤷🏻‍♀️For peace of mind, we also signed-up as a member, paying $19.95/month, but also getting an immediate discount on service performed today ( not including Rejuvenation Service). The beauty is that if/when we’re ready for a new unit, this repair cost can be applied towards it.So, here’s hoping for the best. 🤞🙏🏼🤞🙏🏼

The technician was right on time, was updated an hour prior to his arrival. He started off explaining the process and what was covered under the service I was paying for. I’m an electrician by trade and can differentiate between someone who works to pay their bills and someone who is passionate, and that he was. The company in a whole was up front snd honest, and when I am ready to have the recommended work done, I will be calling them back.

Jonas and Ben were our service team. They both were knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I would refer either of them to friends. They did a complete and thorough job without pressure. Their attitude and work habits one doesn’t see that often today. It was refreshing to see that professionalism.

Biggest thieves in the industry. Juan came in and crititisized my current system when I thought I was going to get a maintenance as they promise. Do not waste your time or money. They leaked my system from the current freon as he conducted the maintenance.

So far so good. I replaced my old heating furnace by upgrading to heat and air conditioning. Going from gas to electric. The entire team has been very responsive since my first phone call.There’s a saying you pay for what you get, we had an issue and it was addressed.This time around I’m satisfied, I payed for it. Danny did a good job showing me what went wrong with the air conditioner. asked for second person to assist with what should be done. had to replace the whole thing was not happy about it because the other was only 2 years old. but I have confidence in the new air conditioner and the confidence workers. and you stand by your work I wish I had your people the first time. I left a review on Google for this company three years ago right after they start installed all new ducks in HVAC. Three days after I put my review I realize they charged me over four times what it would’ve cost me to have anyone else do it and I can’t remove my review from Google so I wanna put one here. Don’t trust them get several estimates. And if they call someone out that pulls out that binder with the pictures of what they offer with no actual breakdown as to what stuff is costing run because you’re going to be taken to the cleaners. It’s a shame because the actual workers are super nice really polite and do a good job but the person that came out to give us the quote who said he was the owner’s son is a total con man! I would never intentionally refer these people and I’ve even warned my neighbors against them after the work had been done I don’t.

Jim Smith, Danny Padilla, Erik Gonzalez, Anthony Cansueco are all great people. They all showed good customer service, professionalism and answered all of our questions in a polite manner. Overall, we had an excellent experience with American Air conditioning and Heating.

I was a bit wary at first, but I ended up being very pleased with Jonathan and his trainee, Leo. They were extremely professional, very friendly, and they explained things thoroughly to me and showed me pictures of everything. I didnt feel that they were trying to upsell me or coerce me into doing anything that wasnt absolutely necessary at this time. I would definitely use them again!

What I loved most, besides his pleasant demeanor and his attention to detail, was his attention to ensure our home stayed clean in the process. He laid down mats and the necessary tarp to ensure there was no mess left behind. This was our first time using American AC and Jonas was such a positive representation of the business for sure. Arrived on time. Sent id photo ahead of time. Did a thorough cleaning of our compressor and identified a faulty capacitor. We had him replace it. Spent 90 minutes here and did a fantastic job.

We had the company put in a new system three years ago. The AC wouldn’t come on after we had a brownout. They did a service call to diagnose what was happening. The system needed to be reboot. The technician was efficient and professional. We are pleased!! Hector Mejia did a fabulous job!!

We had both our units replaced by this company and we had such a great experience. We chose to buy a maintenance plan, and today we had the units serviced by Frank R and he was amazing. He wore booties over his shoes, and put his own mat at our front door. He was so respectful with our home, and how he explained everything hed be doing to the units. Daniel Padilla was professional and very knowledgeable. After two visits from the gas company I still didn’t have answers as to what was wrong but Danny was able to explain the issues and even showed me pictures from inside the heater with his camera so I could see the crack in the metal flue. Now I can move forward with a solution.

Ramiro did a great job troubleshooting the 18 year old heater pointing out what should be replaced. And while doing that he actually got the electric motor to start working! So, good job Ramiro.Then the Comfort Advisor came in at our request and gave us the details in laymans terms on replacing the old heater with one of their products which we completely understood.

Johnny, the American Air Conditioning & Heating technician who arrived, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned the outside AC unit and inspected every part of the AC and furnace thoroughly. He even went into the attic to check the ducting. He then explained his assessment clearly, listened to my concerns, and made many thoughtful recommendations. Im always a little suspicious of technicians working on my home, but throughout the process, Johnny conveyed a real sense of trust. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Air conditioner stop working. American Air was easy to schedule, arrived on time, wore shoe covers inside to protect my flooring, knowledgeable about what my issue was, repaired it quickly, and was reasonably priced. They also have a monthly membership program that includes an annual air conditioning and heating servicing as well as discounts on other services as needed for a reasonable rate. Will definitely use again!

Our service technician, Jared, above all else was honest and ethical down to his core. I trusted him completely. He was a total pro, and he was a squeaky, clean as their commercials! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend American to everybody.Our second service technician, Ishmael, was equally professional… he spotted the problem immediately, fixed it, and didn’t charge us a thing! Ismael Vargas provided us with wonderful service today. It turns out that the interior of our water heater cabinet had accumulated a lot of debris. Ismael spent a great deal of time and effort in examining our unit, analyzing the problems and correcting them. He very diligently vacuumed out the interior, cleared out all the debris and then washed out the whole casing. He then patched up some small holes that he had detected. Ismael did an outstanding job, and I would like to compliment him on his hard work and dedication, especially on a rainy day! I am very grateful to him and to American Air for providing this level of quality service.

I had technicians come out to inspect my house heater and give me a quote for my hot water heater. Frank was great and the quote was thorough. Very professional. Their quote was the highest out of the 3 I got, so always check around before you buy.

Fantastic service from initial phone call to Damian leaving our home after completing a thorough inspection, testing and cleaning. Damian was very meticulous in delivering the white glove service by explaining everything, helping me understand the operational guidelines of our very old furnace. We just purchased this home in August and just got around to addressing the Furnace. Despite being a 1993 model in a home that was built in 2001 - the furnace is still in great working shape. Thoroughly impressed with the service, particularly with our technician Johnny Vista. We’ve had maintenance done before and he was able to fix issues that other people said couldn’t be fixed. He also found a gas leak at the valve on our water heater. Whoever last serviced it didn’t close it properly! I love American Air Conditioning and use them yearly for my AC maintenance. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I just signed up for their subscription/ membership plan which makes total sense if you’re a home owner. They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain both the heating and cooling systems. I would hate to see either of them go out especially during the summer and or winter when we need it the most. Josh, the technician, was outstanding; very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and tricks on how to maintain my AC unit and the lifespan on it. He even give he even quoted me on some projects I might have done later this year. I’m glad I was able to touch base on a couple projects I need done around the house since I wasn’t aware this company did more tan just AC work. Highly recommend! We had our mini split AC units stop cooling and had Chris come and take a look. Chris was so friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and efficient! He had our units running back up in no time and let us know of maintenance that needed to be done on them and how frequent.

Chris is an amazing guy who does his job professionally and very knowledgeable. I scheduled a AC tuneup and he found out some fire hazard with the work which the previous guy from home warranty had done. He took his time to fix it, explained everything well in the process and went over all the parameters which are critical for efficiency of the ac unit. Jonathan has been to this house a number of times and has done a great job every time. He and his coworkers have always been friendly, helpful, informative, and when necessary have given advice to change certain behaviors. Thanks to their advice I’ve had no trouble with my air conditioner. It’s always been cold in the summer and warm in the winter. I would definitely recommend getting the prepaid semi annual maintenance service.

Since Jarrod fixed the air pressure issue and suggested to replace all old ducts, we waited for Frank to come for inspection of the ducts. Frank explained that the old ducts are leaking air and put too much pressure on the A/C unit. He presented a detailed review of the different options and gave me a fair price to move forward. George is such a pro. Very personable and got right to work. We have an older system and he reiterated some of the issues we knew were coming up and was able to point out some of the things we should expect. On top of the tune up and new filter, we feel we are ready for the summer and what to expect over the next year or so.

Excellent quality service every time. They take the time to educate and understand what is going on before providing suggestions on how to remedy the problem. I believe that they care and not just trying to get money from me. And that’s a good feeling to have.

Hector M was the technician who repaired my Central Heating, requiring replacement of a gas valve and thermocouple, and adjustment of fan speed. He did a great job, carefully troubleshooting the issues and verifying the problems before he performed the repairs, which were made more complicated due to the age of my system. Thanks very much to Hector for his expertise and experience!

I am very thankful for my appt. with American Air & Plumbing today. I have 2 drains in my pool decking that have gotten clogged over the years. Gerardo spent several hours trying to clear the debris. There were roots from trees & ivy in them. He worked for several hours cleaning out what he could but because he couldnt get them to fully drain I was only charged for the initial quoted price. I was ready to pay for his time & effort but he said no. Gerardo was on time, very respectful & hard working. Im very thankful for what he tried to do.

I keep saying that the crew used by this company are always so helpful and friendly. Danny Padilla is no exception. He handled everything fast and smoothly, was so in communication with me, and offered a service I wasnt even aware of--servicing a tankless water heater. Despite numerous plumbers coming to my house, I was never told this needed regular maintenance! Lucky Danny asked and this showed up what happens when you dont do maintenance (for many years). The additional costs the company charges are expensive, but thats no reflection on Danny who was so service-oriented. Very happy to recommend him and the company.

I am a real estate agent and have the opportunity to work with several different HVAC technicians and he and this company are by far the best. They were professional, polite, courteous they showed up on time I’ll be using them in the future.

Even though I didn’t get the news I wanted to hear, Juan did a thorough inspection, showed me all of his findings, gave me a detailed explanation, and walked me through my options. I trust the findings because I trust Juan and I trust American Air Conditioning. My neighbor referred me to the company a couple of months ago when I called him desperate because my AC stopped working and I’ve never looked back.

The technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what he was doing and showed me very patiently how to light my pilot light. My now-deceased husband purchased My AC/Heater unit from American AC/Heat before he died in a motorcyxle accident 15+ years ago. I didnt want to get the unit serviced, but was forced to as the heater started blowing cold (not warm) air. Not only did My Tech Guy fix Me up - warm air blowing again! - I even jumped on Service Club Membership. Why? Because I get to exchange money for American AC/H to take all the maintenance aggravation off My plate! A worthy use for My limited financial resources, IMHO.I Trust these Folks, and - by extention - I Trust this organization. Not because of their intent: Because their behavior with Me, the Customer backs up the talk. These Folks treat Me the way I _want_ to be treated. And because of this and all My future Experiences? Johnny Vista was great. He came to our house recently and made suggestions about what wear and tear on our unit would need attention. We’ve been using this company for over 4 years now and always appreciate the extreme professionalism, honesty and personable service. Today, we opted to upgrade to a quieter, more energy-efficient system and so appreciated the extra care the crew took through all of it. They paid attention to every detail and insisted on touching up some small dings in the paint that we probably would never have noticed! They hire GREAT people at this company. They clearly don’t accept just anyone. Everyone we’ve met has been really good.

We were cautious trusting someone else, but we have always felt like we were in wonderful hands with American Air. Josh was awesome and very knowledgeable! My thermostat was very old and had a lifetime guarantee, which they honored. He didnt have the part the first night but did everything he could to get it fixed. He was very professional and friendly.The company sent a different service person out the next morning, Filemon. He was very professional as well. He installed my thermostat and showed me how to use it. He was also very friendly.Overall, I am happy with the service.

My service tech this time was Ramiro Padilla, and just like the previous techs we’ve had, Mr. Padilla was just as kind, courteous and efficient.There’s no high pressure sales involved …. He came out serviced my AC unit, cleaned everything up, gave me a run down on performance data and showed me a couple things to keep my eye on that might need attention in the future.Couldn’t ask for anything more!!Extremely happy with the quality of service! George was so nice and friendly, I was instantly at ease with him. He performed a 22 point inspection and had photos of my unit to fully inform me of what he did today as well as what will need to be done to maintain my AC / Heating unit. Not once did I feel pushed into purchasing the service plan, but to me it was a necessity especially for the low cost!I highly recommend this company!

I wanted to give ZERO stars but it doesnt let me post unless I at least do one. My experience with this company and their customer service has been nothing but a disaster. We had an A/C and heat unit added in February and have had issues with their customer service since the beginning. Their salesmen and service advisors all have different solutions for our problems, and NONE of them have worked. I have had them come out quite a few times and each time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I never receive a call back. My husband and I have called over ten times, and each time they say the managers arent available or they will call me back tomorrow (but they never do). When we use the AC unit, it only cools our bedrooms while the rest of our home feels like a sauna. When we initially installed, we asked if we needed new ducts and they said no. Now (conveniently) since our living room and kitchen have nothing coming out of the ducts, now theyre saying we need new ducts!!! The sales man quoted us 15K for ducts !!!!! The unit cost just about that, so I dont understand how they can advertise such great customer service when they do not call back AND never fix the problems brought to their attention !!! I called once again today because my unit is set at 67 but my house is still 81 after hours of being on and (surprise surprise) ... no one was available and they said to call tomorrow !!! I could go on BUT there is just too much to add.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!

Everybody is beyond professional and exceptionally friendly. The installation is minimally intrusive, very clean, and done well. Theyve insulated my attic and now replaced my water heater. I trust these guys and their work. Their VIP program is the best to ensure proper maintenance. They always call prior to arrival, they call to remind me when scheduled maintenance is due, and they responded super quick when I had an issue with a previously installed unit. I know this probably sounds like an ad but I just love these guys!! Keep up the great service, we need more businesses like this one!

American Air Conditioning has looked after our AC/heating system for years. Our favorite tech, Juan, knows the quirks of our equipment and is able to flag and watch areas of concern. This allows us to be proactive instead of reactive. Would recommend!

My experience with this company is that they have the nicest people working for them. This is especially true of Ryan who was the tech today. He spent about an hour checking out the system. After he was done, he went over everything with me and ensured I understood everything. Work was completed in a timely manner, no extra sales pitch was given, and a really friendly and efficient employee in Ryan. Great job!!

Both technicians were very professional and polite. Explaining to me the issues I was having with my AC, repair costs, and membership options. They were cordial in requesting access, discussing access options, and future access needs for checkup\maintenance per membership schedule. We discussed other home improvement options that would help prolong the life of the unit, specifically the lack of insulation in this older home. It was a pleasure meeting the technicians and working with this company, including scheduling and notifications.

I love the fact that they send you a picture of the person that will be coming into your home. He was friendly and professional From what I heard, I was not at home at the time but my daughter ( an adult)told me that the Tech was professional, And showed her all the work he did with pictures, And offered suggestions as to why my house was so cold all the time. I had been going back and forth with them to fix some issues, and to be honest, I was very fed up. But I can say that they came out, finally and fixed the issues, they took a while, but they were fixed.

Danny did a great job. He gave me thorough explanations of each step he took and the results of his testing and what you will look for in the future based on his observations today. American installed my HVAC system some 5 or 6 years ago when my central heating died and I decided to add A/C as long as I was replacing the heater. Always stellar service. And I have recommended them to friends locally with A/C issues.

Jonathan was very thorough and very knowledgeable. And above all he was very professional and explained everything clearly. Nice to work with.

Because I am injured, I couldnt follow him around to see his work. But his boss stopped by to check on him. That was nice. He had a very nice personality. He did the six month maintenance on our are conditioning. He explained the difference between the free one inch filter and the better 4 1/2 inch filter that our system requires. I happen to have that filter in our garage. The boss retrieved it and it was installed. Gerry pointed out the benefits of membership so we joined. I was happy with his work.The only reason I didnt give him 5 stars is because I couldnt follow him around to observe his work. He seemed smart like he knew what he was doing and he explained things well.

The engineer, Josh arrived on time, was very polite, thorough and professional. Without prompting, he protected our light carpets with his own boot protectors. A job well done. Very unusual for contractors in my experience.

American Air has provided excellent service to our family for over 30 years. They came out recently to do our semi-annual preventive maintenance on our HVAC systems, and the team was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly -- everything you could ask for!! They identified an issue with our thermostat and were able to install a loaner off the truck, coming back just a few days later to install the permanent thermostat we requested. incredible service from a fantastic business, thank you!!

I am extremely happy & satisfied with the experience I had this week regarding a plumbing problem at my house. If I could give 10 stars I would for the work done by American Air employee Jaime Jara. After he installed a new water pressure regulator, he had to return twice because it was not operating properly & he had to install a different model. A few minutes after he left , I discovered that water was barely trickling out of my kitchen & bathroom sinks. I called American Air & they contacted him on the road & he came right back & corrected the problem. He even fixed a leak in my kitchen faucet. He was always cheerful, polite, never complained or seemed annoyed. Hes very efficient & has a great work ethic & attitude. Hes my #1 choice for any future plumbing repair at my house.

Diagnostic & Rejuvenation of AC air system. Jonathan is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He discussed everything he found out in his diagnostic evaluation on the entire AV system & rejuvenate as well. Discussed the option of intervention & honest to say the benefits & disadvantage of its option . Nevertheless the warranty it brings to any option a client decide. He even called his Lead Brent to help to further discussed questions that is not on his scope of work. Both of them goes far & beyond the service expected.

I have been using this company for about three years to come out and inspect my air conditioner and my heater as part of the contract Service I signed up for. Each has done once a year and there are different service technicians that come out each time. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received and recently I needed some extra help determining whether there was a problem with my heater. This most recent time I had George as my technician, and I wanted to specifically commend him for his service. He was efficient, polite, thorough, and very patient in explaining things to me. He was very forthcoming in offering his professional opinion as to my options. I appreciated his service very much.

Our tech Alex Dominguez was excellent. He explained everything, answered all of my questions and was upfront with all cost. He ended up having to order parts to complete the work, but at least got the air running for now. I will post an update with once the parts are receive and all work is completed.(Updated) They received the wrong part and did not come on Friday. Work was rescheduled to Sunday.(Update) Sunday. work was completed today by a different tech Juan Ramos, but our unit started leaking an hour after the tech left. I tried calling the office and they are closed and I cant find a number for anyone to call me back. The number the tech provided on the invoice is also going to voice mail. I will have to turn off the air again until I can get a hold of someone. This has went from a good call, to a bad. I am Very dissatisfied because I can not get a hold of anyone right after work was completed and now I have to turn the ac off again, so my garage does not flood.(Update) Juan Ramos came back today to resolve the problem with my ac unit pouring water out of it. He said they did not blow out the line the either time they came that that was causing the problem. I do not know why this was not dont originally. Assuming I do not have any more issues I am happy with the end result, but I am still unhappy that work was performed over the weekend and when I encountered an issue I could not get a hold of anyone until Monday. I feel this is poor customer care. If this company schedules anything over the weekend, decline or hope you dont have an issue.

Daryl is true professional. He is able to break things down very simple He did a thorough maintenance inspection of our air conditioning system and had quality recommendations. Some we adhered to, some we are postponing.

Brent did a terrific job servicing our HVAC system as part of our twice yearly checkup. Brent was extremely thorough cleaning our filthy condenser (all the rain and wind from this winter’s storms) and changing the filter; he also gave me some good tips for saving $$! Thank you Brent! Alex arrived early in the time window, meaning I spent less time away from work. He gave us a frank, complete assessment of our system, which naturally worked when he was here. He was very clean and considerate of our hardwood floors and carpet. He told us what to expect for failure modes and repair costs in the future, so we could plan. He pointed out areas of wear and rust in our system that will mean we will have to replace things in the near future, but didn’t try to scare us into an unreal emergency today. We were VERY impressed with Alex for both his technical knowledge & the person he is. We would strongly recommend him to anyone! We are thrilled to finally find a company we can trust and work with, after many failed attempts.

Hector Mejia did a great job with the hvac system maintenance at my home. He introduced me to a helper device that will add longevity to the a/c compressor. It really does majorly reduce the initial start up voltage. Happy he brought it to my attention.

Edward was prompt knowledgeable and professional. He was respectful of my home my wife and myself during the two day install of my new HVAC. He worked by himself on day one and did a great job working while I was constantly pestering him with questions. He said he didnt mind my asking. On day two, he came with an assistant. All communication with the company was clear and punctual. George was the best HVAC representative I have ever met with. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the detailed condition of my system. George explained everything and gave me advice and input when asked. Francisco was a very qualified and knowledgeable service technician. He was very outgoing and made my wife and I very comfortable and informed with everything he was doing and WHY?

I phoned AAC based on mass marketing mailers I periodically receive, but had never used them before today. The business model seems based on customer service and professionalism, but with a noticable push to upsell you. I was grateful that they could come within 36 hours to fix our A/C system, when everyone else was 4 days out or more. Our technician was very nice, very clean, very competent and very professional. His preference was for me to be with him for a thorough explanation of his findings, and I appreciated that too. However part of that was so that Id be present for the sales pitch. He was able to get our A/C system operating again pretty quickly with a common inexpensive part, but the cost was about double of what I would have spent if I waited another few days for someone else. Still, his professionalism and confidence was reassuring to me that he was going to do a proper job. I think that high cost is why they were available essentially the next day. Id use them again if I had the disposable money, but with finances being the way they are for most people, it may be worth asking them for their pricing upfront if you have something specific in mind. If you need someone quick and can afford it, theyre the ones to call

He did a good job and was friendly. He informed us that we have a rat infestation in our attic due to observed rat droppings.

The technician was unable to repair our furnace but he tried very hard and we are going to get another more knowledgeable technician tomorrow. We have no complaints about Noel. He tried his best. After ordering a faulty part Luis was able to repair our furnace and we finally had heat. We are very happy.

Johnny was very friendly and did a great job. I will request him from now on. I have used American for several years. I once had a not-so-great experience with one of the employees and the owner Jim was quick to remedy and won back my business. Thank you

Brent was very professional and clean!Checked out my heating system so when Im ready for heat the system should be good to go. He changed my filter and disposed of it properly.He knew my a/c was working well as it was on when he arrived.

Professional! Juan is personable, friendly and thorough. He arrived within the time frame window and explained his findings in a concise manner. Use of the photos on his iPad made his explanation of the problems abundantly clear. Everything promised in your promotional material was true. Unfortunately, a power outage occurred after the air conditioning unit was reset and Juan wan unable to troubleshoot what the original problem that caused the unit to shutdown. It is working perfectly now! Thank you for providing the Customer Service that simply doesn’t exist at your competitors.

We had a great experience with American Air Conditioning and Heating. Jasmine was very quick and helpful on the phone, she had me on the schedule for a visit within 2 days just for a checkup. George B. was our tech, he and his partner were very efficient and clean. They let us know some issues that may arise with our unit and showed my husband. They did a great job doing the checkup, cleaning and vacuuming out the unit and getting us ready for the summer. I would definitely go to American Air and Heat again.

We have been customers of American air for about 30 years. They are an outstanding company offering quality products and exceptional technicians. It’s rare these days to find a company you can totally trust, but this is one. We have bought our HVAC system from them, had them replace all the ductwork in our home, and they service the tankless water heater (try finding someone to do THAT.) All of the technicians are professional, well trained, friendly, and completely neat and never leave a trace of having been here. We are customers for life.

I was really impressed with Johnny and Brian. They were clean, courteous and very knowledgeable.They explained every step of the tune-up and gave me recommendations along the way.I have to do new some major duct work. I appreciate the no pressure approach to get this done.I will use them again for any work on my heating and air conditioning.

The young lady on the phone was very nice, i forget her name. she got me an appointment right away. the technicians were actually on time, even a little bit early. George described what they were going to do, and they went ahead and did it. they checked the outside unit and the inside, the cleaned the filters and checked the ducts. they also did a temperature check and ensured everything was running at the optimal level. they did a great job!

George and Jim were very professional and thorough. They presented the problems with our furnace and offered solutions. Their crew was prompt and courteous. The work was done in one day. Only glitch, the water heater pilot light was turned off during installation, and a tech had to come out at night to re-light the pilot. He came quickly and fixed the problem Overall very pleased with their service.

Update for 2021. I called American air on a Thursday to see when the soonest available appointment would be for my annual furnace maintenance. They fit me in on a Friday between one and 4 PM. Alex was there by 3 PM and in no time at all he had shown me the condition of my furnace, dusted vacuumed it out, and I’m set for the winter. . Alex was great, efficient, respectful of home and property plus friendly, American AIr called to state Ryan would be at my home at appointed time.2019....Ryan immediately donned his shoes carpet protectors, found my furnace was on a front deck, took off booties as the deck is not perfect with being exposed to the outside elements. He immediately went to work. He showed me the equipment he was cleaning, taking apart, and inspecting. All was well. He also asked about the water heater, but I had just had service on it Great service, great team.

We had this company come out for a system inspection and tuneup. The technician, Danny Padilla, explained the process in great detail, answered all the questions we had and omg took such great care to ensure cleanliness, COVID safety and precaution, and as little disruption to our life and household as possible.Danny was very friendly, courteous and professional. Most importantly, the job was completed to our satisfaction and we learned a lot about our system. He gave us service coupons, too, for when we are ready to replace our aging system.

My technician Ryan was excellent. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing and how the system works in conjunction with the AC. He was very thorough, pleasant and knew his job very well. When using this company again Ryan is he man for us.
