I am the Chief Engineer for the Marina Del Rey Hotel and Joshua was very professional above all else, he stayed in constant communication with me throughout the work order process.

No plumbing company was able to match the prices that Andersen was able to provide me. They were on time and professional. They finished the job within the schedule that they set for me. Anthony was patient, professional, and was able to help with any questions that I had about the replacement of my backflow device. The two other techs that were on site were also very helpful and professional.

Hands-down, one of the best teams in town. Fernando Serrano Martinez saved the day I’m the manager and an apartment complex and when things go South, there’s only one team i call and that’s Anderson Plumbing. We had backflow coming out of the drain line in the kitchen and as soon as Fernando got there, he was able to assess the situation and knew exactly what he had to do and had it resolved within a matter of time. Andersen Plumbing was amazing! They came and fixed our leaking urinal. They sent out Austin who is a Master Plumber. At first I was worried they were going to send an entry level person. Austin was so professional, he had all the right tools, was efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. The job was done 100% correct. These guys are worth every penny. Thank you!

It all depends on the technician you get. The first technician that came out to fix my frozen sink faucet was a nightmare. After he left I noticed the faucet handle leaked when you turned the water onA different technician came today to check it. The problem was the washer that went with the new stem was not used. Even though it was in the package with the new stem. So it was not installed properly by the first technicianBut corrected by the second technician

Josh performed an excellent job unclogging a bathtub for a resident. He made sure the bathtub was draining and cleaned the area before he left. Thank you Josh !

Andersen Plumbing has always been my “Go To” Plumbing Company. As an engineer at Beverly Hospital I need to have a plumbing company that can respond and perform any plumbing job I May have. I can always count on Andersen plumbing for that. I’ve used Andersen plumbing for about 9 years now and I can say that I have no complaints whatsoever. All of their plumbers are professional and do their jobs well, however, their is one plumber in particular that deserves mention. Jonathan is a plumber with Andersen who I can count on to perform the most technical of jobs here at the hospital. He has exceeded all of my expectations over the years. I’m going to start this review by letting readers know I’m the manager for several estates and one 33-unit apartment building. I need to call on plumbers more often than most people, as a result. In my experience there is not a more valuable plumbing company to call than Andersen Commercial Plumbing. They have sent me many different Techs over the past 4 years, some to commercial building environments and some to private residential properties, and without fail their guys have been the most professional and capable plumbers I have ever hired.Andersen is not the plumbing contractor for those of you out there trying to get the lowest price; bear that in mind but with it bear in mind that the work they do is top notch and I’ve never had to call them back out to redo something. Also, depending on the classification of the property or the occupants within that property, I value that I can trust the Andersen Team to always move as if they were in a museum. I trust them with the fine finishings of a private home and the high traffic common areas of a mixed use property.It is hard to find a company that is remarkably impressive in all aspects of their work but Andersen Commercial Plumbing has impressed me this way every time I’ve called them in the last 4 years and throughout all the properties I have called them to work. I assume you would have an identical experience if you were to need and call them.

Ive just been gouged for work done at an office building that I rent space from. Under the sink shut off valves were leaking so I needed them replaced. The job took the guy less than 20 minutes to shut off the water and replace the two valves($6 each). $458 later The job has been completed. I spoke to other plumbers and they concur, this type of work is a couple hundred dollars maximum. Tread lightly if youre to use this business. My hands were tied cuz the building I least space from required me to use them. Never again!
