Had a horrible experience trying to deal with this company, they came to give us a bid and when they left we never recieved one. We have been trying to call to see about this bid for well over a month, dealing with horrible customer service. We were hung up on and sent to departments that had nothing to do with USA Repair. I would never recommend this place to anybody
They do not know what they are doing or what they are talking about. They will try to sell you something you dont need and try to overcharge you for it. Dont waste your time with these guys.
Charged for parts prior to work being done. Late for appointment.Possibly overcharged
I hired USA REPAIRS to install a fan, the tech did great job. fair prices compare to other companies. highly recommend
