Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South San Gabriel

Weve used Mr. Rooter in Mont Pk in the past for an emergency drain issue. Today we had them come out to help with some old plumbing problems. Joseph and his crew were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. They got the job done in one day. An added plus, the people Mr. Rooter sends out are always super nice and considerate.

Jesse from Mr Rooter came in earlier than our scheduled time. After assessing the work to be done, this young, clean, active and good looking guy started his work with all his tools ready around him. Obviously he checked the lines that may be connected with the kitchen sink clogs. The work done greatly worth my call made to MR ROOTER. I certainly recommend their services.

Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc.My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But the technician quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me.He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience.Generally really good service. I will find this company next time.

Michael showed up right on time and went above and beyond to fix the clog in our bath/washer drain. He is very knowledgeable, with a positive attitude, and it was a great experience all around. Highly recommend.

I’m a new homeowner in an old home, which means I’ve had quite a lot of plumbing problems since moving in. Adam and Jaime have been our go to guys for all of our issues. They do a very efficient and excellent job, and make sure to explain things thoroughly to me before starting their tasks. Adam and Jaime have both helped us and have been nothing but nice and professional. They have also been very good with scheduling and availability. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

Sometimes a handyman is not gonna cut it because you need someone fast or you need someone who is the expert. Mr. Rooter never disappoints. I have called for different reasons and their technicians are professional, explain what is going to happen and what to expect. They then get the right team to handle the job and they have the right equipment to do it. I had an issue with a terrible smell in the bathroom. They had to do a smoke test with the vents. They had three technicians who had the right equipment and training to get on the roof, in the sub basement and one in the bathroom to monitor the work. They figured out which vent had an issue and then ran the smoke test again and found the bigger issue. They gave me options for moving forward and I only paid for the work I decided to move forward with. Always come at the hour they say they would too!

Responsive service to my call and short wait on a Sunday late afternoon. I had two issues, one inside with toilet clogged not allowing flush cycle to swoosh used water out of bowl for fresh clean water to fill, the otherissue is outside drain trap clogged with slow water draining and helped diagnose and attempt to resolve issue even breaking his tool and went to get another tool replacement to gave it try again and turn-outs there is an object in the toilet not allowing the tool to clear passage or cannot be pushed or lodged out of position. The outside issue was different and will need a camera to take further look deep inside to see if the pipe is broken and snake could not go far and digging up a lot sludge on return. At this point provided me the options and decide from there and no pressure and gave me good info to decide on options which have to get landlord involded. Jessie is a fantastic person to work with. He came on time and fixed the issue quickly. The clog was quickly cleared but got stuck in another section but I only found out after he left. He quick came back and did another work, free of charge, only this time took a lot longer due to my pipe setup. Eventually, we fixed the issue and I’m impressed by his skills and professionalism. I will hire him again for any other rooter work.

Within 2 hours of my initial call my problem was fixed & for a fair price. Joseph & CJ assessed & fixed my broken water main within 10 minutes upon arrival. Will call them again for any & all future plumbing issues

Jaime came out on Monday the 23rd and unclogged my washer line for me.Just have to say how pleased i was with his professionalism and customer service. He quoted the price before doing any work. I like that so you know what your paying for. He did a great job.

My toilet was stopped up and needed repair. The technician arrived and explained the repair he recommended and the price. The repair worked and I was very satisfied with the repair and price.

Needed plumbing help same day and they came out soon, did estimates and recommendations over email and easy payment methods. A but pricey but for instant service it’s worth it.

Had back water and clean out valves installed, tankless water heater flushed and its filter changed out. After the jobs were done, everything was cleaned out nicely. They were very patient with all the questions I had while I observed them at work.

Looking for a reliable, professional and reasonable plumber this is the company you want to use. They showed up to my house on time and was very professional. They covered the floor where they would be working and even put shoe covers on. I was concern because i have new cabinets and flooring and they were clean and not in a rush. Had a pipe burst and needed help quickly. I cant Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to send a plumber the same day.Adam fixed the burst pipe, communicated very clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done, and was in and out in a few hours.Excellent work, would recommend.

Jessie at Mr. Rooter went absolutely above and beyond to assist my aging parents with a kitchen sink clog. Jessie was communicative at all times about what he was doing to resolve their issue as well as being very pleasant and neat in his work. Since I’m not near my folks he took the time to communicate with me as well. He replaced all the plumbing and the garbage disposal as well as fixed the clog. I just travelled to visit them and opened up the cabinet to reveal a beautifully perfect plumbing job! Our kitchen sink flooded with grease and sludge and Mike and Joseph were available on very short notice. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand the exact problem and what they were doing to fix it.

My restaurant had clogging in all the sinks and drains in the bar and kitchen. I called them in the late evening on 6/15/24 and they came over the next morning. I contacted Mr. Rooter in South San Gabriel when I started to have problems with my upstairs toilet.They answered promptly and scheduled me an appointment time based on my availability which was perfect.The office promptly sent me an email confirming my appointment and called me the day off to inform of the arrival time of the technician who was coming out.I have worked with both Jesse Fernandez, Adam Galvan and Joseph Diaz and they are all very professional, courteous and friendly.They solved my problems easily and cleaned up very nicely. Nice and professional guy and did the job to unclog a toilet but charged an arm and a leg. Definitely not worth it. I won’t call them again.

Joe was upfront with what needed to be done in replacing the garbage disposal and was able to move it from the right side to the left side of the sink. It was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after installing it. I have had good service from this company for all my plumbing needs.

We had done some construction around a utility sink and found that some debris got into the drain causing a clog, the pipes below were also leaking a little bit.Michael quickly assessed the issue, got the drain cleared and was able to fix the leak without having to replace the parts.

In attempting to remove a corroded pressure release valve on the side of my water heater, I broke it off. The stub of the pipe remained in the threaded hole of the tank. I was afraid that I might have to buy a whole new water heater. So I had to call Joseph at Mr. Rooter to extract it and install a new pressure relief valve just in time for the wife to use the hot water when she got home. Great job, Joseph! Thanks.

Called at 10 for an emergency Sewer Hydro-Jet Cleanout and inspection and they were there in an hour and the job was completed by noon. Great work, amazing service. Go to resource.

They did a plumbing inspection for a house we’re about to buy and then hydrojetted when it was clogged.Their report was more informative than the seller’s plumber and ultimate outcome was geared toward maintenance not replacement of the plumbing system (which is what the seller’s inspection said)

Waste of time, no concept of customer service. I will make sure to share my horrible experience with everyone I know, never again will I recommend this company, I regret ever setting them up to service the properties I work for. I’m only giving them one start because there are no negative starts to give.

They are a rip-off, thanks to the Home Office the got me a refund. If there offer to do the job cheaper off the books dont do it.
