I previously had a Wind Turbine repair project with Handyman Connection of Pasadena, and Renaldo came out to work on it. Although I was already given a quote, Renaldo suggested to look at the items that need to be repaired on for a better assessment of the cost. He was very specific and explained to me the necessary repairs and so he made a revised estimate based on the repairs he is going to do. It was favorable on me, because I didnt need to replace the original turbine, because they are still good and it just needs to be cleaned and grease up a bit.I would say Renaldo knows his craft and I have a full confidence in him. He is a very nice guy and he is very approachable in a way that I can freely ask him questions and he gives me an honest and reasonable answers.I highly recommend Handyman Connection of Pasadena for your next project. Reinaldo did a great job building and installing a custom door to enclose a small storage space on our roof-deck. We appreciated how he checked in with us along the way—he kept us apprised of when he would be arriving, and he explained different options so that we could make informed decisions.He was also a friendly person who seems to have genuine talent and enthusiasm for what he does. I had a remodel job I needed in a hall bathroom that was too small for contractors but Handyman Connection was able to take care of the whole remodel. Jason provided great customer service and our worker, Reinaldo, was knowledgeable, professional and communicated constantly on the progress of the job. Fernando came out to give us a quote to fix our wooden gates, and his pricing was very reasonable. We got quotes from other handymen, but they were so expensive. Fernando was punctual and did a great job. We will hire him again!

Reynaldo came to my residence to modify/troubleshoot one of my ceiling fans. He did a great job in a very timely fashion. I have used Handyman Connection of Pasadena several times in the past and have always been pleased with the results, quality of work and professional demeanor of the workers who have helped me.

Rudi was fantastic - helping to repair some high visibility drywall that needed patching/texture match after we installed recessed lights. Very friendly and easy to work with. On a first pass, it didn’t quite come out how we hopped (not Rudi’s fault), but we worked out a doable solution and he came back, made adjustments, and we’re satisfied with the job.

We needed someone to come hang some things in our apartment. I tried hanging our mirror and totally botched it! Luckily, Fernando from Handyman Connection said it wasnt a problem, and even patched up the wall for us. He hung our mirror in the bedroom, shelves above our living room TV, and a special wooden wedding photo of ours. He even fixed our door handle that had been coming loose. He arrived on time, we showed him what we needed, and it was great that he gave us a price and was able to get right to work. It was nice to have someone else do it for us and do it correctly! We definitely recommend Handyman Connection if you need some work done around the house.

My handyman was Rudi and he is definitely a skilled technician with excellent ideas, and is very knowledgeable on how to execute them. He also has a pleasing and calm demeanor which helps with stressful remodels. He is also prompt and finished our job in the time promised.

Rudi laid engineered hardwood in two rooms and also finished a tile backsplash. He showed very good attention to detail, going above and beyond to make sure that the floor, moldings, and everything about the job, in a historic house, looked great.

After a mold remediation project in the kitchen, I was looking for a licensed, insured contractor to restore the perimeter of the dishwasher space, rebuild the interiors of two adjacent base cabinets, and reinstall the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Handyman Connection of Pasadena was just what the doctor ordered! Jason in the office got me on the schedule right away for an estimate……and Reinaldo arrived promptly the following day to take a look at the job. Reinaldo seemed like he would be very easy to work with……the labor price was fair……and I would pay for materials only what Handyman Connection paid (with no markup). So I went with their proposal……and I’m glad I did! Reinaldo started and completed the job right on schedule. He worked diligently……made suggestions whenever he thought a different approach would achieve better results……patiently answered my questions……and paid close attention to details. Fernando came to my house to patch up some holes in the exterior, fix a broken rain gutter and fix an exhaust fan on the roof. He completed them professionally, quickly and to my satisfaction. I am planning to use his services on additional tasks.

Rudi hung my new iron hanging pot rack. It was a job I was not comfortable doing myself. He was very professional but also fun. He walked me through all of my options. He was able to explain every step he was doing meanwhile telling me stories from other jobs or life experiences. He did a great job and would totally use him again if another job were to come up.

We have a property back in West Coast California and we always use Handyman Connection of Pasadena for everything big or small we need done. We have a house in Pasadena and we have a house in the Los Angeles are as well which they still cover. Many times we are not even there, they promptly send one of their craftsmen to take a look at the job (these are exterior work) and they will send us photos with the resolution and a free quote. We pay over the phone with a credit card and after they are done they will send a photo of the completed job. They do all sorts of Handyman jobs and remodeling, tile work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc. so obviously this is not a one man show, they have different craftsmen with different skills for different jobs. We are yet to be disappointed with these guys. Very professional, very prompt and very helpful. When you call their office it shows that everyone who is in that office knows what they are talking about. For handyman work around the house, if you need a licensed contractor you need to use these guys. People often think they can save money by using a less expensive option but in the long run, they will end up paying more. As the British always say: I am not rich enough to buy cheap things and it definitely applies here as well. Great responsiveness and service from Handyman Connection in Pasadena. From our first call, they answered all of our questions over the phone, they gave a minimum for the the jobs that they do which was beyond fair in my opinion, the craftsman who came over was very nice and thorough about the process and they did send us a broken down estimate for everything that needed to be done. I believe the do cover Pasadena and Los Angeles as I did not find ay other one of their locations local to Los Angeles. They accept checks and all credit cards I believe.
