The plumber arrived within scheduled time bracket. He was professional and wore a nose/mouth mask during his time in the property. He completed the work in about 40 minutes. I was very satisfied with this company’s response to my plumbing needs. Based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Contacted them for help, Lisa got us a time right away. Their guy showed up on time, and isolated the problem quick. He had the parts needed and fixed it, the bill was completely fair.I was actually surprised at how easy and zero problem this was, and Im glad my other plumber wasnt available because my experience with F&M was light years better, so now I have a new plumber.

Miguel came and installed a new faucet in my bathroom and unclogged the sink. After he left, the bathroom looked cleaner than when he came! Great job. Have been using these folks for years and they never disappoint!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THEM AS EMERGENCY PLUMBERS. I had (and have) and emergency issue - at 9 pm, my sink started to fill steadily with dirty water. I was alarmed and did everything I could to stop the chance of flooding my apartment - bailed it out, plunged it out, used kitchen-sink safe drano - and called googles first recommendation for emergency plumbers, this very company. I was assured, at 9:15, that Id get a callback in 15 minutes at most from a plumber of theres - what a surprise that hours upon hours later Im still without. Through my own efforts, Ive manages to arrange my situation so I dont have to worry about my apartment ruining itself as I sleep, and in the morning Ill call a qualified, capable plumber. Not any of theirs, though. Ive no doubt theyre perfectly lovely during business hours - no reason to believe they arent, given the good reviews and thats not the time I contacted them - but any promise of emergency plumbing or 24 hour service is a straight up lie, and something they should not promise unless they actually intend to honor it.I dont doubt theyre good plumbers. But theyre not emergency plumbers, and they should absolutely remove themselves from that classification if they cant be bothered to go through with it. Dont rely on them based on their promises. They will not call, they will not come. Youre on your own.

To be honest: my wife was having an rain flooding emergency and I was out of town and Jesus and John came in the middle of a flooding rain in the late evening. They showed up so fast, asked all the right questions on the way so when they arrived they fixed it all fast. And they are total gentleman. Amazing service. Great work! I’m so grateful. They even took the pump we had that wasn’t working apart. Fixed it. Cleared out the pump pit. They nailed it.

The friendly office assistant set me up with a same-day appointment and even called back when a time slot earlier in the day opened up. Jose and Geiman did a great job of getting under the house to fix the busted sink drainage line. They worked quickly and were neat, cleaning up after. I would recommend them.

Water heater pilot went out and would not stay lit. The first two companies I called were trying to sell me a new one within the first minute of the call for $1000+. Mike promptly called me back after I left a message with his office. He came out and was able to fix it by replacing an inexpensive part. Parts and labor came out to $150. Excellent job and fair pricing.

I needed help with installing my dishwasher and was looking for a plumber. My experience was great from the the very nice, professional receptionist who helped me to schedule an appointment to the polite and skilled plumbers who came to do the job.I will use them again.

I had a leak in the kitchen and Mike at F&M Plumbing came out on Sunday to inspect. Mike and his team were able to detect the location of the leak and fix it. Mike is also a licensed general contractor with a company that can do remediation and build back repairs so it was convenient one-stop shopping for all aspects - plumbing repair, remediation and build back of opened walls, etc. He and his team were able to schedule each aspect of the repair work timely. F+M are the best! Just having to dig out a ceptic line from inside my house. The job went excellent, a little dust, but the entire area was tarped off.10 years ago Mike and his team of super guys completely remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a lot of copper of which, the 6 burner cook top has a completely, over head, hand made copper hood.All the plumbing was completely redone on the house and under.They are the best.If you need the work done they can do it, large job or small.

When we discovered we had a slab leak I turned to F&M Plumbing based off of references. It was a great decision. Mike got his team on the job extremely quickly and presented the options we had to fix along with his recommendation. The leak was solved in record time. In parallel we had a plan for the buildback which went very well. It is incredibly valuable to work with a business that gets the job done right the first time, did so quickly and with no surprises.

Called about a backed up sewer line a couple years back they came out and fixed it very fast. the Techs were very friendly and best of all havent had a problem with their work yet!
