We had an emergency situation with the bathtub switch on Christmas Day, and the water kept running. Chris showed up at our house as soon as he could and helped to fix the issue. We are so thankful of him willing to step out during holidays and he is very professional throughout the process, definitely recommend him to everyone! 🙏

This morning my entire apartment was backed up (shower/sink/toilet). I called spoke with Chris. He promptly showed up 45 minutes later and fixed the problem within 15 minutes for a fair price. I definitely recommend!

My husband called for services today because we had a plumbing emergency. He kept giving us the run around saying he will be able to help us but kept lying and never showed up. Chris does not respect people’s time at all. We wasted our day waiting for him to never show up. Kept making excuses about being late and saying he will be there in an hour but that was never true despite us calling multiple times to get an ETA. He didn’t even give us a courtesy call to let us know that he won’t make it despite us making it clear to him that we needed immediate help. Don’t waste your time calling him! There’s better more reliable plumbers out there

Found this plumbing service online, phone is picked up promptly. Chris has been responsive, text me in advance when he could not come on time. He is knowledgeable and have good skills, found problem quick, fixed our leaking pipe in a difficult area, worked until late night. He is also honest and professional, if he does not know something he tells us. Price is reasonable too, he is easy to work with, Would recomand him to anyone who has plumbing issues.

When youve got a sewer line backup, on a Sunday no less, all you want is someone to be responsive. Chris answered my call and was at my home in about an hour. He was very thorough and made sure the job was 100% before packing up. Definitely my goto guy for any future needs.

I would give 10 stars precision USA 🤩 if I could . Our shower was totally clogged. We spent so much money buying expensive machine trying to do it ourselves unsuccessfully for a whole day. Next morning I was hesitant to call precision USA because there are a lot of very dishonest big plumbing companies. I think God guided me in the right direction , not only our guy did a good job he was very moderate with the price!! Had a leak in the hot water heater. Chris came out over within an hour and diagnosed and installed a new one the next day. He was knowledgeable, professional and highly recommend.

Excellent service, fast response!After an unexpected toilet clog, I searched for an emergency plumber & was delighted at Chris’ quick answer and response time. I called around dinner time on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend & he not only picked up quickly, he was at my apartment within an hour. He was extremely respectful and a pleasure to work with. He was in and out quickly & offered a fair rate for emergent services.He will be my first call for anything plumbing moving forward & I’ll be sure to refer him out to friends and colleagues here in LA.

Woke up on a Sunday morning with a serious drip coming from the ceiling in the garage. Saw that Chris had great reviews, so gave him a call. He picked up the phone right away and was at my house in about an hour.He was very careful about removing the drywall in the ceiling to minimize the size of the cutout.He located the leak in the pipe (it was dripping inside a hole that had been cut through the floor joist.)He cut out the bad section of pipe, replaced the pipe, installed couplers and soldered it all together. Voila! No more leaking.Extremely reasonable charge, especially for a Sunday call. Look no further if you need a responsive professional plumber.

I have used Chris on several occasions and every time I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Chris is hardworking, honest, neat worker, and also a really a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. He also knows how to do it right, and doesnt shortcut things.Hes done all the jobs that Ive asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesnt look right or thinks it should be replaced hell point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. He just does the right thing. Hell take a shortcut if you ask him to, but hell tell you why you shouldnt do it and what you should do instead.I trust his opinion, Im very satisfied with his work product. While I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any work, I hope not to have to see him for a while. I highly recommend Chris for your plumbing needs.Edited to add, The fact that Chris has 25 five-star reviews on Google and zero one-star reviews, where people are notoriously quick to post negative reviews is telling. He really is probably the best plumber in Westchester!

I was assigned to Chris by AHS. I was encouraged by the reviews. Not a good experience. Slow moving tub drain. He used a entire bottle and part of another of crystals and tried to snake for a few minutes. He then concluded I had a foreign object in the drain and wanted $1800 to open the drain from the open space below. An uncomplicated task. He reported to AHS that I refused to allow him to use the crystals when he did it twice and knew AHS wouldn’t cover a foreign object. One month no tub. Strong dislike. Wish I knew if these reviews were real. And a reputable plumber cleared the clog for $300 by opening the trap. Not $1800!The reply is so inaccurate it’s sad. He was the first plumber to look at the drain. And why would he be suspicious about what was down the drain?? Who cares other than it was clogged. Most telling he never addresses why he wanted &1800 to do what another reputable local plumber charged $300 to do. Perhaps a bad day for him. I wish him all the best in his business.

Chris has helped us with multiple plumbing/heating issues at our house over the years. Not only does he know what hes doing, but hes also super nice and very professional. So many plumbers are a headache to deal with. Not Chris.The latest problem he fixed was related to our steam radiators. I called him on Tuesday afternoon and he was in our living room Wednesday morning. He was done in under 90 minutes and everything works great.If you need a plumber, call Chris. Chris is absolutely amazing! I called him 2pm on a Sunday, for a radiator leak. He graciously squeezed me into his schedule, and arrived promptly. He did a thorough job, and even gave me advice on plumbing updates needed for my old house.
